iPhone 14 clear case - the rubber camera shield fell off and stretched within 1-2 months, and now one of the volume button covers has gone missing. I understand normal wear and tear, but I've had the case for only 6 months now. My previous case had similar issues but this mostly occurred after 2 years of ownership. Not going to purchase a case through Rhinshield again

I’ve been a fan for a few years but I’m a bit disappointed when I did finally make a purchase. The case is a nice fit for my new iPhone. But my main issue is that the camera ring pops out too easily. Most of the time it pops out when I put the phone into my pocket. It might sound like a small issue but when the camera ring is removed the IPhone camera lenses have no protection.

One of the absolute most backwards useless companies I’ve ever been to. I guess the first red flag should’ve been California but for it to sit there for a week before sending it to Illinois for another 4 days when all it had to do was go one state over is crazy. My phone case from Shanghai China got here before something from the shithole state. Ordered a week ahead of my phone getting here for a reason. Useless.

Pros: - These guys work hard. They arrive by 730-8, don’t leave till 430-5. Everyday the weather cooperated, they worked. Guessing the subs get paid by the job, not by the hour. - Good paint jobs are about prep. They stripped the entire house, pretty much down to bare wood. - The place looks great – a few exceptions Cons: - High pressure sales job. The salesman lied about some kind of corporate rebate ‘showcase house’, then offered a deal good for today only, and refused to provide any details other than the sales agreement. - Priced based on square footage, the Rhino Shield rate penalizes homes with lots of windows or sloping landscapes. They bought 15 gallons of finish coat and used 8 gallons, obviously their square footage methodology was not really that accurate for my home. Since their labor rate is a function of square footage as well, I think I paid too much. - High pressure/price tactics with carpentry repairs. First they could not tell me what needed repair until the house was stripped, then once stripped, pushed me to accept their carpenter to keep the job moving. My advice is make sure any repairs are done before they get here or have your preferred carpenter on standby. - They left me with 7 gallons of finish paint, because it is a custom color. Trim paint was white, and one must assume that they had extra, which they refused to leave and rolled into the next job. - These guys are coin operated and stick to a legal script and contract, no personal touch. If you like doing business that way, this is a pro, I was always a hand shake with an honest operator that let his work do the talking instead of 4 pages of legal ease. - Guarantee is solid on paper, but it will cost you $450 to have them come out and fix each problem (after a year) – I understand the cost of sending a guy out, but if the product legitimately fails they should eat the $450 and fix it. When my warranteed water pump went on the car, the dealer gave me a loaner and fixed it N/C, no questions, end of story. It just irks me: - After ignoring multiple email requests for pricing explanation for over a month, they accused me of acting in bad faith for indicating I would not make the final payment until the question was answered. Guessing that the owner is a lawyer. - When they took down the gutters, they lost/broke lots of the hardware, which I ended up buying instead of them butchering the situation. - Windy days in the fall are not days to have a wet paint job – lots of pine needles stuck in the primer and finish coat. - Every day they used the hose, they left it on. - They pulled out limbs from the woods to level their ladders – they could have thrown them back in the woods instead of leaving them in the beds. Time will tell if I made a smart decision

Ive been using Rhinoshield for years… Ive been using Rhinoshield for years now and they have never let me down. I had trouble with a watch screen protector emailed them and a great guy named Kol just sent me two more free of charge no questions asked. In retrospect the problems.. (bubbles) was my fault, there is a technique to it which involves lifting one end of the screen and squeegeeing down from the middle, then raise the other end and repeat and its perfect first time. I love the customisability... unlike some reviewers I've had no trouble with customer service, always getting next day emails. These cases are tough, I've dropped mine like everyone else and have no discernible damage. Unlike cheeper coloured cases these are not a thin veneer over hard plastic which scratches and chips at the lightest knock. Its great to change around the coloured bumpers and buttons to suit your self. (Note to Rhinoshield... please extend the replaceable buttons to the watch cases). Finally people keep complaining about the delivery time... they come from France, originally from Taiwan but I expect they carry good stock in France, there is a delay although you can get next day delivery on Amazon. Let's be clear about two things... the delivery time is made clear on the web site.Just read it! And.... whining about delivery times which is what a lot of these reviews are about is NOT reviewing the product! If the case is cracking regularly in a certain spot, or the same thing is reviewed as damaging easily then write about that. I'm sure that kind of feedback will help improve future products and their R & D have something tangible to work with. The product is not it took blah blah days to arrive! The product is what is on your arm or phone. So lets try to be constructive.

I dropped my phone on a paved path with few rocks poking out of it. 3D Impact Screen Protector paired with a SolidSuit Case, both from them — my phone screen was broken and had two big spider webs. After a getting it all replaced, it was nice to know that the 40 dollar screen protector combined with the 40 dollar case led my phone to $400+ worth of repair damage costs. Note that the screen protector was pretty sitting and suffered minimal damage which was quite disappointing. Their support had okay response times but wasn’t able to give any compensation at all and only offered to replace the screen protector (with some costs still).

Bought the case and a protection filme Glass 9H highly everything for my new xiaomi 11T... The case is slippery, the sound buttons on the cover are cool but the design then goes inwards for the fingerprint button exposing the screen to that edge... My phone fell on the car... from the seat to the edge of the car floor ... rebounded and it slightly on the seat rail (metal)... result? Cracked... 20€ worth of protection done there... they are sending me another (pay the shipment fees) but it will only crack again... better off with one from aliexpress for 2€.... same result

I've had a Rhinoshield cover on my phone for over a year at this point, and it's definitely saved my phone from quite a few drops in the past year! It's sadly come to the point now that the built-in slider that goes overtop of the silent-vibrate-ring slider on the phone, has disintegrated too much to be usable anymore.

I had a 2016 SE with the rhinoshield original rubber bumper and glass. This year I bought a iPhone 13 mini and since I drop my phone all the time on gravel etc. and for 6 years the screen never cracked or had any issues, I decided to buy the rhinoshield again even though it wasn’t the original rubber. I was afraid that the new one would be slippery, but it is not at all. It feels really good and solid in my hand. I’m very happy and would recommend to anyone.

I have had two crashguard cases (the bumper cases) and I think the idea is good. However, these cases do not last, over time they do not hug the phone as tight as they initially will. This means that the case just slips off the phone after a period of time (a year in my case). These are expensive products for what they are. I would not buy again after buying 2 of these. The screen protectors are pretty good, however again very expensive. Probably worth it for a new phone.

bro my phone slipped out my hand when I was smoking weed sitting at the windowsill dude when I ran down to go pick it up off the pavement I noticed the app I ran when it fell still running perfectly and the screen didn't take a scratch but the case had broken off a bit at the top side- nevertheless I'd rather buy a new rhino shield instead of a new phone because of one slip of a hand. BUY THIS FOOLS EHOOP I AM HYPNOTISING YOU no fr this is absoluty the best thing ever (also. Anon with the 1 Star review is a weak *** wimp, what kind of soft phone have you got, it's as hard as tying shoes you absolute jellyfish)

Genuinly the best phone case I've ever owned. I got the SolidSuit and I drop my phone probably 10-30 times per day on concrete. It's truly an amazing product.

Overall reviews are probably paid, can't imagine the high score when looking at all the initial reviews on the first pages which I can simply support. It's a bad product which looks good and that's it. The designs are nice, the idea is nice but trying to put on the cases? A nightmare. I ordered a Mod NX with custom backplate for my iPhone, as others have mentioned is a tight fit, so tight you've never seen it anywhere else in your life and you'd think that after putting the what feels like a permanent lock on your phone you're at least done with it... right? Hell no. it collects dust and particles behind the backplate like a vacuum, even in clean environments you need to clean it weekly, wouldn't be as bad if it didn't feel like attempting to crack open a nuclear bunker with nothing but your bare hands every time you try to take the case off, and then putting it back on which is the same pain. At least the grip of the bumper is nice, even if the plastic back is slippery like a gym shower. I don't know what alternatives there are but I thought if I don't cheap out I can expect some decent quality, big mistake.

While the quality of the case seems pretty good, the site is very deceptive. They do not mention that the case is being shipped from Taiwan to france to England which takes weeks. The delivery time on the website is 4-10 days for £5 and there are more expensive but faster options, but for all of these the estimated days don't start until the case is already in France which takes at least 2 weeks. This is mentioned very deep into the website and not explicitly at all. when contacted about the long delivery time they unapologetically link you to a non existent FAQ which supposedly says that this is the case and do not offer any compensation. With the delivery costing so much for even the cheapest option and the case being expensive in the first place, you'd think it wouldn't be this ridiculously slow and the company is very deceptive about this fact and refuse to give compensation for this misinformation or anything. Feel very cheated even if the phone case seems ok

The case looks fabulous, no doubt. BUT it's not as tough or durable. My month-old case cracked from the impact of a 3 feet fall. I've dropped phones before and even much cheaper cases are tougher. Not quite the 'Rhino Shield' I was expecting. I sent them a tweet with the images but they didn't care to respond.

I bought the crash guard case for iPhone 13 pro about a month ago and am pretty frustrated. Initially the case seems to be designed well enough, with really tactile buttons, raised edges to protect the screen, and a nice lanyard loop, however my satisfaction ends there. First of all, the case only arrived after three whole weeks of shipping. Immediately it was incredibly difficult to put on the phone. I had to apply so much force to fit it around the edges that I was genuinely worried it would either break the case or the phone. After application I found that it fit so tightly, that it had wrecked the edges of both my front screen protector, and rear skin. Being able to see the rear skin was the main reason I bought the case in the first place! The case is made from hard plastic that is both very slippery, and doesn’t even seem all that impact resistant, and the cherry on top is that it’s even more difficult to take off as it is to get on. I couldn’t be more disappointed.
