Really good process from start to finish, car is excellent staff helpful and friendly. Only downside the non refundable deposit that's equal to a months rental does not form part of your rental agreement, this needs to be made clearer, I was only made aware when I was placing my order.

all very good only point I would make is that my new car had some different aspects compared to my old identical car- such as no handbrake and i would have appreciated a short handover explaining how this worked.

Customer service from Lewis is precise honest and very informative, The price of my rental is on point and with a great all in package is great, just what I was needing.

This is my 3rd car with EVOGO and the whole process is simple and efficient, I have recommended to several friends who also now use them. The only negatives for me are; I wish you could order any vehicle and I would sometimes like to keep them for a little longer (only had my last one for 6 months)

Evogo is exactly what is says on the tin, simple, hassle-free and and they get you in a brand new car with no fuss. From completing an application to picking up your new car, the process is as smooth as it could be. This will be the third car I've had with them as there isn't the stresses that sometimes come with owning your own vehicle, paying for tax, vehicle depreciation, and painting the vehicle for servicing etc! For someone like myself that gets bored of cars very easily this is the perfect option for me to be able to change my car often and not lose a lot of money like I have done in the past..never again! I'd give them a strong 4/5 stars overtime because for me the only way they could be outstanding is by offering some sort of referral recognition, whatever that may be, I've introduced two family members to them and currently have one in the pipeline, I also do mention it to a lot of people when they ask about my cars, however if they did something like this I know for a fact I'd see a lot more new customers in their direction! Other than that I've never had any issues and they are brilliant, lets hope they can keep up with my demand for top model cars with a good spec!

All Handover and care was fine with all things explained well. Just need more large executive cars with choices and the whole experience would be 5 star

Good morning. My name is David Fletcher. I recently leased a Kia Sportage from Evogo. My review is mixed. I wasn’t managed very well prior to picking the car up. The collection date kept changing, making it difficult for me to make plans my journey from London to Luton. Communication with my sales representative was patchy too. On several occasions, I had to chase him on when my car was ready. I also never heard from him once I had taken the car! My experience picking up the car from Luton was great. I was taken through a througough and clear process and felt enthusiastic about my first leasing experience. Kind Regards David

Initial contact with Evogo was a bit wobbly - I had to contact by an enquiry form and was responded to, but sometimes slowly. However, once I had gotten the phone number of someone in the offices, it was much easier to get my questions answered and understand how it all worked. Also found that the stock on the site didn't match what was actually in stock, which was a little frustrating. Would also like to be able to filter cars on the website by 'automatic'. Picking up the car was a simple process which was positive, apart from having to travel to Luton which required a day off work. While the person who did the car swap with me was friendly and helpful, he was also a little patronising when telling me about the maintenance requirements, stating that my 'boyfriend' could help me with the general upkeep (oil, screenwash top ups etc) if I wasn't comfortable with it. I hadn't stated anything about being uncomfortable with cars, and hadn't mentioned a boyfriend or that I was straight! A minor issue perhaps but could've been avoided. Absolutely LOVE the car though - I am very happy with the vehicle and the mileage allowance as it stands, and I hope I can continue my relationship with Evogo for a long time.

Nick Attrill has been a great help in making smooth and quick changeover of vehicles each time. Professional and friendly service both in person and by all staff on the phone. Only downside, availability of some of the cars.

Contacted Evogo after speaking with a friend who uses them. Spoke with Russell who then sent me all the information I needed to make a decision, for example car stock and price list. After that the process was easy. I'm now driving a round in a brand new car all I needed to do was insure and fuel up.

I'm in my 4th car from Evogo - so I must like it. advice = just don't order a car that's been recently re-vamped! I've done it twice now and ended up with "old" models of the Merc GLC and Audi A1!!!

The process of finding and taking ownership was easy and trouble free - I don’t think it’s fair to review the process however until we have been through the process of handing the car back - I think if there are going to be any issues this is when they will occur !!

Very happy with the service I received. However, the only negative I will say is that I was asked to pay +2x monthly fee in advance. Whereas others I know have used Evogo have only been asked to pay 1x in advance. I am confused by this is there is no issue with my credit rating.

Nice and easy process as usual with clear instructions and communication. The only minor point was that the tyre pressure warning lights were on so I had to stop off on my way home to check the tyre pressures and reset the tyre pressure warning system. I would have thought the supplying Dealer would have picked this up on the PDI
