“Very poor experience dealing with this company. Lack of effective communication and then delivery of a product that was below the standard I expected. Dealing with them after this poor experience was again not good. A 50% refund was given on the product when a 100% refund should have been given. I have learned a lot from dealing with them and I will go to a smaller family run company for any future branding requirements.”

“Superb from start to finish!!! I had 61 bottles that each needed personalising. John was amazing! Nothing was too much, happy to send picture after picture of many examples to finally narrow down what we desired. Very happy. Extremely fast delivery time Between placing order and receiving at my door. Would highly recommend.”

“If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Daniel Ogden has been absolutely wonderful from the minute i first spoke to him on the chat box, all the way through to me placing an order. He was very attentive and sought out all of the items i was after as i needed a small minimum order number of 25. He was quick to respond to emails and very patient while i made up my mind! Thank you Dan for making this experience much less stressful, i will be sure to return for any future order needs!”

We ordered several personalised mugs that was for 2 locations. It was for our Employee Appreciation Day and the staff were very pleased with the quality. “Having placed my first order with Cameron, I found the customer service second to none. Cameron was attentive and understood what was required without me having to explain too much. The turnaorund on my project was extremely tight ( 2 days ) and from start to finish I was confident that my order was in hand and wouldn't miss my deadline. Will definitely be using these guys again and hats off to Cameron aswell for provdiing excellent customer service throughout the process.”
