“The delivery was very quick, however: 1- they had been packed head to toe so one of them was upside down, creating dirt everywhere from bits of ‘soil’ which had fallen out of the pot. 2- the trees are very very small. They are the correct height but had been squashed in transit and have never recovered. They do not fill the space which I thought they would. I thought they might ‘spread out’ with time but have not. The branches are all sticking upwards and the back of most of the leaves are visible rather than the front. It is so flimsy that I dare not push the branches outwards in case they break. 3- they look very plasticky; not natural-looking as had been advertised. 4- some of the leaves have fallen out as they are simply inserted into the main stem with small bits of plastic. 5- they were very expensive so I assumed they would look amazing but are actually the worst value for money of any item I have ever bought on any website.”

“Delivery was late by 3 weeks Green wall is very thin especially around the edges so I contacted them several times via email and phone. Eventually I got a few bits which did not fill in the areas and some which did not colour match the green wall.”

“Absolutely delighted with my deluxe hanging basket! The bracket is way too high for regular watering so rather than moving the bracket I decided to try artificial. I'm not disappointed! Not only does the basket look great, the customer service was excellent (the basket was customised perfectly according to my request). Despite the usual mixture of sun, wind and rain (only to be expected from a British summer!), so far the basket looks just the same as when it came out of the delivery box. Hoping it survives the next couple of months and then it'll be stored away for displaying again next summer, all being well.”

“We bought the boxwood hedge in a timber trough and really pleased. The perfect size to form a waist height barrier and hide an ugly dividing railing on the balcony between us and our neighbours. It really does look realistic. Didn’t give 5 stars as I thought the delivery person man handled it a bit on delivery!”
