“The website is very user friendly to navigate and this made selection and ordering very easy. The order actually arrived earlier than that estimated on the order acknowledgement which was good. The product itself (Artificial Red Maple Tree x 2) is realistic and of good quality. The only criticism I have is that in being able to choose from a selection of heights the main stems are of uniform thickness from bottom to top and merely cut to order. I'd have preferred the tops of the trees to be tapered to mirror genuine growth.”

“I am always a little disappointed when I see how small the plants are in the envelope but generally when I put them in the planters they look good. The ones I 'planted' last year on the terrace have kept their colour and shape throughout the winter despite being on the fifth floor of a wet and windy Belfast apartment.”

“On the whole the product was as expected and the quality of materials and manufacture good. However there were at least 4 ' holes' of missing foliage where base cage showed through. I was given loose extra hedge bits in bag but just shoving them in place not very satisfactory. Photos sent separately c”

“Really happy with my plants which I wanted for higher shelves and as away frequently, won't need watering. You wouldn't know at a glance they are artificial - moldable so you can't make leaves hang in a more natural way.”

“These red geraniums are just like they appear in the online photos and look very realistic - not too many flowers in ratio to leaves and vice versa. Good tip to use expandable form to fill pots and push plant spikes in them - better than stuffing out pots with kitchen roll, newspaper, polystyrene foam pieces etc, which are unstable and never look quite right.”

“Item arrived quickly and was well packaged. We ordered an artificial Dracaena Palm with a Midi Silver Cubico planter, which arrived already constructed with just some topping small stones to add which came in an individual bag. Once the plant had been pulled into shape, fluffed and the leaves bent slightly, it looks lovely and very realistic, with the added bonus of not requiring any watering.”

“No hassle ordering and delivery. Tree as per description and website. Only other observation, why not use colour tone glue rather than white which draws attention to cane ends?”

“We were looking for an artificial plant for a place that does not receive a lot of natural light . We found a lavender plant through Evergreen and have been very pleased both with the plant itself and with the prompt service and delivery”

“We are very pleased with our ‘artificial Buxus shrub’. Although some of the little branches came loose when we took them out of the box, it was easily fixed. It was well packaged and delivery was fast. We were advised in advance about our delivery slot. Good quality product and they look nice in our pots.”

“The customer service and prompt delivery were excellent. We purchased two large olive trees (and pots) and are very pleased with them. The trunks and olives look very authentic - the moss touch is great. The leaves look very good from a distance, but a bit material like close up. The stems are the least convincing element but are much better than most available. Thank you.”
