“Evergreen were very helpful and managed to deliver within the 10 days quoted in spite of the lockdown. Very pleased with the hedges, blend in nicely with the surroundings and fake lawn. Troughs were not great to be honest, roughly assembled and would not stand level - 1 star deducted. Overcame this by adding feet and tying all 3 together with battons so overall now happy with the look. Will I use Evergreen again? - YES”

“Excellent realistic looking plant - large size for the price. Only thing was when I requested it with no planter I did expect it to arrive in a basic pot but I sorted it and it looks good in my living room in a tall black metallic planter which I had purchased previously. Very pleased with it.”

“The items are really lovely just what I wanted, I'm really pleased. They were very well packaged but there was some damage to the basic pot, I was repotting anyway so made no difference to me, but that's why I put good instead of very good”

“The service from Evergreen is very efficient and effective, the Forest Fern wall panels are good value for money. Initial thoughts on receipt were that packaging was suitable yet my expectation on the look and feel of the product was more plasticky than I had expected. The fixing method wasn't clear on the website yet a quick call to the office and the recommended solution was given immediately. Albeit it required purchasing and fixing ply wood to the current plaster wall. Other companies have purchasable fixings that fix direct to plaster/solid walls.”

“My only comment is that the top of the tree looks like it was cut back and then allowed to grow out. As a result the appearance isn't natural.”

“I wanted a orchid found one on Evergreen site, ordered it payed for next day delivery unfortunately it was too close to christmas holiday,rang evergreen after christmas to explain. They did not charge for next day delivery but still arrived next day can not fault them will use again when necessary.Mjg.”

“I am not sure where to start! I love my real plants etc but this time I needed good looking fakes and gosh do these deliver. I am delighted. I have to split my time between two homes some 360 miles apart from each other due to caring for "ancient" mother. So I bought two was very pleased and then bought another two. Delivery was quicker than it said which I suppose is good but meant for me getting someone to pop round and put them in the garage. My top tip is buy those with natural real wood stems (trunks) but wait for a surprise.. when I got up this morning I looked at the one I have in kitchen and thought "I dont remember that having little green shoots at the top" After about three studies and some incredulous moments I realised my fake tree is growing! I am not sure if this is good or bad! It was cute and still is but poor thing will die when I leave and plainly I cannot water it! Will the stem (trunks) die and fall over being still alive - not sure! I will wait to see. If they do then I will be in touch but in the meantime I will force myself to pick the growth off and see what happens! So general other comment - I am delighted with other trees and no growth. xx Oh a few branches lying in bottom of box - not sure where or how to stick them yet!”

“The geraniums looked more like Hydrangea (& pity not in red). Not yet had chance to slot in garden greenery, so cannot tell how Winter weatherproof they will be. The lavender plants look good and more durable for outdoors & shall order more. Initial communication with Evergreen was helpful, but delivery times slow for today's average.”
