Delivery driver never rang bell or knocked.....just put card through door and drove off. Had to wait anither 24hrs

sorry but we wre disappointed with the look of the shrubs. They are very plasticky to look at and the colours are unnaturally bright. Maybe we would be better looking for fabric versions

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback Lisa. The products you bought from us are outdoor products and in order to ensure they are UV stable they need to be made from a plastic material as opposed to a fabric. The plastic also is important from a durability point of view and ensures the plants longevity when left outdoors. We do have some finer detailed plants suitable for indoor use if you would prefer to replace with these. If you would like to arrange this then simply give me a call on 01751417776. Very disappointed in how the cyclamen looked. They looked very artificial. I bought some topiary bushes before and they were excellent so I was surprised.I have returned them and now awaiting refund. delivery was excellent very fast.

Great service, quick delivery, lovely looking trees. However, first winter gusts of wind and we lost 4 branches instantly. Not good enough for £60 per tree that are supposed to be ‘outdoor’ friendly. Waste of money.

It is normal for a couple of leaves to become loose, but the branches certainly shouldn't be coming loose. I expected the plants to be less sparse for the money they were far from substantial for the money. I am 75 now and had a part of the garden hard to maintain and thought clusters of the plastic ones would help. I would have had to spend a lot more money to make them at least fairly visible. I am sure they would be ok if I had been able to afford more and cluster them together.

I am sorry to hear you are disappointed in your products. These plants are £3.95 each and are usually considered by our customers great value for money as they are UV stable and Flame retardant item. I ordered a Verigated Ficus tree, it was delivered on time and well packaged. However, on unpacking the tree, three branches fell off, one branch was missing, and the tops of the main wooden stems were painted in a very dark stain, instead of a stain that was much less noticeable. We also ordered another plant that should have been sent as well, this was missing. I phoned the company, they were apologetic, sent the missing branch, together with the missing plant, and we received it within a couple of days. I glued other branches back on and painted branches in lighter stain. Disappointing

Thank you for taking the time to pass on this feedback to us. This is not the kind of service or product quality we pride ourselves on. We do our up most and take a lot of time and effort to package things as best we can to avoid damage in transit but when dealing with fragile products, sometime due to factors outside our control this is occasionally this is unavoidable. We do our up most to resolve any issues regarding damage as quickly as we can and hope that by the time this issues has been resolved we are left we a happy satisfied customer. I had to refuse delivery of my order on Thursday 13th July as the packaging was badly damaged, wet & an attempt had been made to seal it with tape. I reported this & was assured that as soon as you had a response from the courier, I would be contacted. So far, I've not heard from you apart from this review request. Please inform me as to when my order will be delivered intact. Yours hopefully, E Nicholls

Very poor packaging, resulting in damage to one of the 2 pots in the original order and damage to packaging made it very difficult to secure for return. Returned as not suitable for site but a different 2 items ordered as replacement. Their packaging was in an even worse condition on receipt, with the bottom hanging off. Contents (pots included) were ok but squashed. Not impressed with the quality. Afraid I would not advise use of this site.

To our credit and our determent we are not particularly clever on Photoshop so any images we display on our website have not been manipulated in anyway. I appreciate it is not always easy to see exactly what a product is like on screen which is why we do have a full returns policy should you not be 100% happy. Having had great artificial baskets from other suppliers in the past but unfortunately lost the company's details. I decided to order 2x hanging baskets from evergreens. Delivery was ok, allowing for the fact the order was over a bank holiday it order arrived within a week. Was very disappointed with the actual products though, we feel that they look to much like plastic especially the trailing ivy. They look no better than what I have seen at the car-boot sale for half the price. From a distance they are acceptable but as these baskets are on our patio area we walk past them & see them within a few feet. If it was not for the fact that it would be to much hassle, I would take them car-boot & sell for £10 to put towards something that looks more realistic. Very Disappointed. David Reynolds

I've never purchased an artificial plant before but did so because I have a toddler and he pulls the leaves off things plus a newborn in the way so won't have much time for gardening. I did a lot of research and while Evergreen Trees and Shrubs seemed a bit pricey I thought it would be worth it for decent quality - I really didn't want anything looking too obviously fake. Unfortunately that is what I got however. I bought the outdoor potted grass plant - the grass is clearly plastic and so shiny that it catches the sun. Can't think if any real plants or grass that do that to such an extent. I've not returned it because at 36 weeks pregnant it's too heavy and I don't have time but I'm disappointed and won't be purchasing again.

I was disappointed with this product. The leaves were realistic but the point at which the leaves are connected to the stems is bright green plastic and very obviously fake. These parts are too noticeable for the plant to look good overall. If my daughter hadn't destroyed the packaging I would have sent this plant back. It is a shame as the stems and leaves look great. I am unable to upload a photo at the moment but would be happy to do so later on.

There are close up images of the connectors on the product but I am well aware this does not help you now you have already received the item. The plant came very bunched up and the leaves of the flowers are folded together and do not fall correctly, so it doesn't look like a real plant at all. the flowers are also very shiny, so I don't think it would ever pass as a real plant!! I am sending back.

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the Cyclamen plant you ordered from us. Plants are similar to clothing due to them being made of a silk material, when packaged they do crease a little and need time to hang for the plant to resume to their natural shape (this usually takes a day or two). We do have lots of close up images of the Cyclamen plant on our website but I understand that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and therefore as soon as we receive the Cyclamen plant back we will immediately credit the card you made payment on. I expected to receive plants set in pots. What I got were bare stalks and a large bag of cement into which the stalks had to be "planted". What a dirty mess. I would not recommend Evergreen.

Hi Mark, You ordered 3 plants from us- the potted Orchid which comes as standard in a little black pot, you ordered a grass plant to be potted in a small planter which we did, and lastly you ordered a Croton plant which you requested without a pot. On the website it does state that if a pot is not selected this arrives with a stem which enables you to anchor the plant into the ground or the planter of your choice. What you have referred to as concrete was actually a bag of complementary bonded stones to put onto of you of the grass plant we potted for you. Instructions were emailed and also enclosed in you package with how you apply the stones. I am sorry there had been a breakdown in communication here and that this wasn't clear to you when you received your goods. We are always happy to accept the return of the plants for a full refund if you are not totally satisfied with your order. Kind Regards, Georgina

Bay trees are fine but one of the bux balls is broken in transit. Not a very sturdy design for the price. Just a large polystyrene ball with hedging pushed in. As a result it falls out very easily. Quite bald on close inspection!!!???

We were very disappointed with the size of the buxus ball plants considering the price and could have purchased them cheaper from the local garden centre
