“Below expectations in delivery and customer service. Two missed delivery slots on a mattress (so a pensioner couple twice took an old kingsize mattress to the door for collection, and then back upstairs again). Unresponsive customer service (first failure to deliver on a Friday gained only a promise to phone me back by Tuesday; second failure to deliver was after 3pm when their phone lines close). I had to use Twitter to get a basic service.
Eve has since said, rather smugly "Hopefully the quality of your mattress makes up for your inconvenience". Frankly, not so, we paid for quality and Eve underdelivered.”
