They were suppose to pick up a pallet on 21 December and emailed me saying that it will be after new year and I agreed with that. If your delivery partner is not available remove the dates from the your site and don't let people pay for something they can not get. They later started to email me looking first for 120 euro more and later for 210 euro more to my 380euro shipping. All reasons that didn't line up with what is saying on their page or the booking process. I will not recomend Eurosender to anyone.

Avoid this company, find an alternative This company failed to deliver it's service in everyway. It cost me the full payment for the service and the customs fees. None of these payments are refundable. All I wanted was to send a cooker extractor hood, from a German shop, to a UK address. Complete failure. Three supports calls, but basically passed the blame. They said they can't track all the packages, that they aren't responsible for getting the items successfully through customs. The items were returned to the shop in Germany. I am not sure what I paid them for.

Don't use. After rescheduling pick up 3 times no one showed up. No feedback on refund. Just silence. It's a scan

We paid Eurosender to transport two carry-on bags from Montevideo to Lisbon. We filled all the forms requested online with the information about the bags that included clothes and portable computers and paid the full amount for this service in advance. The bags were then collected and taken to the airport, where the Uruguayan customs complained about the forms and asked for documents that neither we nor Eurosender knew what they were. The bags were returned to a friend's house as we were no longer in the country. To obtain said documents our presence in the country was needed, and seeing that we were already in Portugal it wasn't viable for us to obtain them. Therefore we opted to no longer use Eurosender's service and asked for a partial refund since the only cost they had was the transportation of the bags from and to the airport (40km roundtrip). Eurosender is still refusing to do said refund. Note that they didn't inform us previously about the documents and when we asked about them they weren't able to help us.

Awful experience, they dont follow their deadlines and there is no information in case the courier does not show up. In my case, this is what happened, the courier did not show up, nobody told me and I finally had to take it to a shipping point with the corresponding charges. At Eurosender customer service, they always say that it is the fault of the courier company and they are just an intermediary. In short, they avoid any responsibility, because it is with them that a service is contracted. Nefarious customer service.

This is the worst company and the insurance they provide is a fraud! I sent my pc unit and the screen with them. Firstly, they delivered the screen but not the pc unit. Supposedly they sent it back due to they couldn't find my address. But they did deliver the screen. Then they said we lost your pc and it took them 3 months to find it! After more than 3 months they finally delivered the unit but it was totally smashed. I had had it ensured but then they denied to pay it up! They are a fraud! I suspect that they wanted to steal the pc! And it wasn't a cheap pc!

Item did not arrive in the first week of July. I applied for an investigation on 7/11, and Artin L. replied on 7/12, starting the investigation, which was supposed to take 15 working days. It wasn't until 8/17, when I wrote to Vesna T. myself, that I received a reply stating that the item may have been lost, and no shipping-related information could be disclosed. On 8/24, Amadej C. stated that no compensation could be offered. On the same day, I also requested the waiver provided by UPS with reference number, allows UPS to provide shipping information. On 9/8, following UPS's suggestion, I applied for a re-investigation, but there was no response. I called every week, there was no news from the nobel claim department. On 9/25, I received a reply from Amadej C. stating that the case was closed on 8/24 from eurosender perspective without any further response. Throughout the entire process, eurosender have been like a black box, only responding to their requests thet I replied and providing no useful information. And it was ended by eurosender's statement even though I got a reference number from UPS to request a waiver.

If you are thinking of using eurosender because of their competitive rates, consider this: 60% 5 star ratings and 20% 1 star ratings. Your packages have a 60% chance of arriving safely and a 20% chance of something happening... If you, like me, are considering using eurosender to send items that you actually care about, a 1 in 5 chance of never seeing these again is not worth a cheap price. And if you happen to be in the unlucky 20%, don't expect any help from eurosender. I am not a gambler, but 1 in 5 odds of something going wrong seem like terrible odds to go with just to save a few euro. Something important to add on the note of saving money is that it would have been cheaper for us overall if we went with one of the most expensive couriers than eurosender. My experience: Eurosender made a mistake and changed the pickup day of the order to one where we would not even be in the country anymore. They were extremely unhelpful in resolving the situation and refused to reimburse our lost costs (we had to transport the packages ourselves to the shipping company with an expensive, last minute moving service the day before we left the country when we should have been preparing to travel). We got in touch with the shipping agency they were working with in our sending country and resolved the situation directly with them, at our own cost (sidenote: GLS was the partner agency and they were incredibly helpful and sympathetic to us. Even though they made a mistake of their own, they went above and beyond to make up for eurosender and their mistakes). We spoke with a handful of representatives from eurosender, most of whom were unhelpful and rude. I fully understand mistakes happen, but it's how the company reacted to a mistake that makes me leave such a negative review. During phone calls with customer support, they would put us on hold or transfer us mid-sentence. We were hung up on. When no one came to pick up our packages they refused a refund. We sent a receipt for the taxi we took with the packages to the parcel centre thinking reimbursement would be a reasonable solution and they rejected it. Never. Again.

Worse service! Do not send your parcels through this because they offrenig it cheap services. They are located in London so you can not take ligal action against them or it will cost you a lot. I sent my packages in August but even after a month I have not received them. The customer service representatives are very rude. The employee told me that I gave a wrong shipping address that's why I didn't receive my packages and asked me to translate the German street name into English!!!! :)

Hello! After 33 emails and almost three months; I have still not received one of my boxes. I didn't want to write this review as I believe mistakes happen; but this is really terrible. Two boxes arrived broken and many items were crushed. I didn't put a claim through but sent photos. The claim process was too complicated and was too draining; so I took the loss. All I want is my one box that still hasn't been delivered. This has been a huge disappointment.

A Year of Frustration: Eurosender Let Me Down I left my Apple Watch in a hotel and hired Eurosender to ship it from Italy to the Netherlands. I paid for insurance. Although the package was properly picked up - confirmed by a photo from the hotel doorman - I never received it. Instead, I received a larger package containing a chair from Italy. I contacted Eurosender on the same day, and what followed was a year full of back-and-forth emails. It took nine months for the incorrectly delivered package with the chair to be picked up again. I believe the delays in correspondence were due to Eurosender. Now, over a year later, I still haven't received my Apple Watch. Moreover, I received the following message from Eurosender's customer service: "As mentioned, I have contacted BRT and asked them to reopen the claim. However, the outcome came with a negative result due to the amount of time passed. The courier did not guarantee that the loss claim can be approved, even if the wrong package is returned to the courier's warehouse. We are closing this ticket now. You won't receive any response from us." So Eurosender stalled for a year and now they say "it's too late" to make a claim.

Do not ever ever ever use eurosender to send your bags. I advice you to use it as a tool to check the different options but do not ever purchase your delivery services with them. Basically I sent 6 bags from Madrid to Barcelona. Their partner managed to loose 2 out of the 6. Despite constant reminder about the situation it took 3 months to declare them officially “lost”. As a careful person, I took an insurance on my packages, I provided all the necessary information and documents to earn my insurance claim. After 3 months of sending the request with Eurosender I have 0 answers, I send daily updates regarding my case and their monthly answers are always the same, “we can’t do anything about it”. Now I am stuck, I paid extra for the insurance, got my bags lost and still haven’t received a penny on my lost items. I strongly recommend anyone to never use this service. It is literally the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. For your own good do not use them.

After losing my parcel, they used all the fine print and blamed it on the courier to avoid reimbursement. Customer service was slow and incompetent. Terrible experience, avoid them at all costs.

I will never use this company again. Two of my golf clubs got badly damaged. I had taken out insurance with them and was told that I could only claim if I had reported the damage to the person who delivered the clubs to my home. The person who delivered just dropped the clubs and went and certainly I had no time to inspect the delivery. User beware. I wish I had read r43views before using this service.

In October we shipped 4 bags to Germany with Eurosender. We paid 161.50 euro. Each of the bags weighed under 30kg. Each of the bags had a volumetric weight under 30kg as well, as per Eurosender and UPS definition of VolWeight=L*W*H/5000 In November we're informed they charged us 156.51 euro more because we exceeded the weight for 31.5 kg overall! The e-mail said the 156.51 euro covered what UPS charged and their own (Eurosender's) admin fees. We asked for a detailed report on this. We got a reply with their "actual dimensions" for our bags, some of them were around 10cm bigger then what we input in their website when making the shipment. We took pictures of all the bags showing how preposterous their numbers were. On this re-measuring of the bags we did, we found we even had submitted some dimensions bigger than they actually were. Only one of the bags had slightly bigger dimensions than the ones we submitted, and even then it didn't exceed the 30kg threshold for Volumetric Weight. Nor did it exceed the Volumetric Weight with the inflated dimensions UPS claimed, for this specific bag. Eurosender said they'd file our complaint with UPS for 2 bags only, and that the bag mentioned in the last sentence and another one were "clearly bigger": they claim our submission of 75x47x41 was clearly different from the real dimensions of 77x47x40. Keep in mind we were surcharged on the basis of 79x55x40 measures for this specific bag. There are no grounds for a surcharge, and yet they will not even dispute the surcharge for 2 of bags when even they acknowledge the UPS claimed dimensions are different (way bigger) and false. We asked multiple times for further explanations on the 31.5kg mentioned as the amount of weight by which we exceeded the limit, got no explanation. We asked multiple times for further explanations on everything, inner workings of the calculations, for them to acknowledge our numbers were right, for them to acknowledge our calculations were right, for them to acknowledge surcharges happen when a bag exceeds the 30kg limit, and we were left in the dark. UPS falsified the bags' dimensions to get our money and they went along. They won't explain the numbers because that would expose what's really going on.

Used Eurosender first time and never again.Tried to ship an official document from an Embassy in Panama to Dominican Republic Puerto Plata, used DHL Express option, extra insured with 1-2 delivery time. The parcel got to Florida, not sure what for, lenghy customs process for 0 value document, sat there throught the whole of Thanksgiving and finally reached the Island. Day 8 DHL left it in the hands of an unknown local Carrier, with no contact, no tracking, no phone numer and sent me DHL 'proof of delivery' to Santiago DHL.DHL finished their service, my parcel nobody knows where is now. Eurosender provide zero customer support, DHL- apparently do not provide service in Dominican Republic. Why take money for service you don't provide? DHL nor Eurosender take NO responsibility for the fact that the parcel has not been delivered day 9, nobody knows where It is plus it was passed onto an unknows third party? By what rights? No contact, no trace of my pack with an official document being in fact a passport- day 9. Ridiculous company.I warn you.You will wait long and get no assistance.Seriously, no reaction.Hands clean.Money taken. DO NOT USE! I am deeply disappointed.

Worse customer service I've had to deal with. The courier did not apply labels in front of me, did not hand in the pickup confirmation despite my insistence and the person picking up my parcel was not professional and driving their own car. Eurosender did not react to my flagging this issue. Then the courier lost one of my parcels. Eurosender asked me the same info about my parcel several times, never followed up on the issue and finally told me my parcel was definitely lost almost 3 months after I sent them yet another request about it. They did not offer to reimburse the sending costs for that parcel, only to help me make a claim with the courier, asking for the pick up proof I never received in order to do so. In the end, I find myself loosing a lot of money and not receiving any proper assistance. Do not use their services.
