Pessima esperienza. Non sono passati a ritirare il pacco nella data concordata e nessuno mi ha avvisato che non sarebbero venuti. Per un giorno non sono riuscito a contattarli: il numero del call center non era raggiungibile, tramite Facebook non è possibile contattarli e alle email non rispondono. Il secondo giorno sono riuscito a parlare con Eurosender che non solo non si è assunta nessuna responsabilità ma neanche sapeva cosa fosse successo e come rimediare. Mi hanno quindi rimandato ai responsabili della ditta locale di spedizioni su cui si appoggiano, la GLS, che sono stati incredibilimente scortesi e poco professionali, non sapendomi neanche garantire una nuova data per il ritiro del pacco. Nel loro archivio risultava addirittura che qualcuno era passato ma il pacco non era pronto, il che dimostra non solo menefreghismo ma anche malafede e mancanza di deontologia professionale. Peggior servizio di spedizione mai provato, consiglio vivamente di evitarli.

Ich habe Eurosender jetzt schon zum 4ten und letzten mal gebucht und wirklich jedes mal schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Beim ersten Versuch war es 3 Wochen lang nicht möglich mein Paket abzuholen obwohl ich jedes mal daheim war von morgens bis abends. Jedes mal kam man könnte mich nicht antreffen, in Wirklichkeit habe ich mit dem abholer danach gesprochen und er hatte garkein abhol Auftrag. Wenn es denn mal abgeholt wurde...es hat nie beim ersten Versuch geklappt. Dann kamen wirklich Immer meine Pakete zerstört und beschädigt an...nicht nur von aussen auch die Hälfte des Inhaltes egal was es war...eingepackt in luftpolsterfolie und extra kartons...als ob die Lieferanten Spass haben am Fussball spielen mit den Paketen. Ich kann euch nur dringend von Eurosender abraten, da sie auch nicht in der Lage sind, die Schäden geltend zu machen bei seinen Lieferfirmen. Es kommt nur eine Entschuldigung und wird abgewiesen mit immer anderen Gründen(darf man nicht verschicken (metaldosen) nicht gut genug eingepackt(in luftpolsterfolie) usw.) Ein absolutes No Go für mich nun die Firma...gebt lieber 2 Euro mehr an andere Firmen aus und bekommt eure Pakete sicher und heile an den Empfängerort.

Shipment took more than 1 month with a severe lack of communication. At one point the agent assigned to me went on holiday and nobody else picked up her work. Total shambles, I will go direct to the shipper next time.

Was double charged because DHL wrote the wrong weight (2.2kg instead of 2.2lb) of my package and EUROSENDER never checked my evidence, Eurosender took an additional charge from my PayPal account without my permission.

on the 26 th of september I placed an order to pick up my lost suitcase at Parclick SaBa parking in Mestre Italy I was billed 237.09$ my package was never picked up.Reference I tried again on the 4 October and was billed 318.94 reference 479769-21. Dhl says that my package is still in Mestre.

I was disappointed with the way my case was handled. First, I was told one price, once I paid it, it happened that due to some misunderstanding (private versus business case) my case was transferred to another carrier, which happened to have a higher price. Since I had a very tight schedule, I had no other options than to pay the rest. I understand that this might happen, although I advise you to ask all related questions in advance to avoid this kind of misunderstandings. Next, I was told that everything is settled and the company will come to pick up the stuff during the day (certain hours range was specified). So I was waiting. And it just hit me to call the carrier company directly, just to know a more specific time. Once I called them regarding my pick-up, they told me that since I did not confirm the order, they have not included me to the list. But I was never informed about the fact that I had to confirm with the carrier directly myself. Since Eurosender works as an intemediary, I believe it was their job to make sure that everything is confirmed, if not then at least I should have been notified about it. Again, I was disappointed with this type of treatment, especially given the fact that I specifically asked to handle everything properly because of the tight schedule. You need to better work on this. If you cannot handle the situations that requires fast response/handling, then refuse the customer to deliver your services from the beginning. I was pretty much relying on you as professionals. Otherwise I could have done it myself by directly contacting all the available carriers, and that would have ended up even more smooth than what I have received from your services. Thank you!

Nachträglich Abbuchung vom Konto ohne Genehmigung mit dem Verweis, dass das Paket größer gewesen sei als angegeben. Für 1x Ausweis und 6 verschiedene Bankkarten 99€ bezahlt. NIE WIEDER!!!

In principal the process worked. But the delay of the Bar Code delivery (from Eurosender to me) for the freight forwarder (DHL) disrupted the whole deliver process. Unforeseeably fast - the Courier was already 10min. after placing the order (10:00h) in front of my door. But I have not received the Barcode labels then (delivered by email at 10:25h) and didn't even know about. So the driver took the mail (against their internal procedures) back to their logistic center. It was still there a week later... and was quite a hassle for me the get in contact with the right agent to find our document. When back on track DHL did a great job. But our contracts arrived nearly 2weeks late at the destination.... So why not combining order confirmation and Bar Code labels...?
