This has got to be the worst company we have dealt with in the last 35 years of business, we had poor broadband, the engineer took 2 weeks to attend and switched it off, realised he couldn't turn it back on and went home. 3 weeks later we still have no broadband at all, we phone every day now as they never ever phone you back, after empty promises after empty promises we still have nothing to show for the last 5 weeks. Customer service is shocking, technical support is shocking all in all just a set of amateurs, avoid this company at all cost.

We have been without broadband since Christmas Eve and we are no closer to resolving this. For a few days the number on the website was out of order then just rang with no answer. When it was answered they said we were not a customer, then when we rang back they said we were and an engineer would call. They never did. We rang again and had to start all over again, initially again being told we were not a customer. 12 days on and we still have got no further, no engineer, no help, no urgency, no respect for the customer. We are a large farming and property enterprise and we are unable to do our business efficiently without internet. The business is obviously contracting out work and could not be less interested. They are indifferent, fobbing you off with 'an engineer will call you back before 5 pm' Never happen. HOPELESS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

I have found bigblu very professional and when speaking to the staff very helpful and polite and always make you feel they can’t do enough.

A little problem in the payment system, but it that was very well solved by an extreemly friendly person from the costumer service.

Got the answers I was asking for quickly and efficiently with no problem, found that I could do downloads between 1 and 6 am without using my data...thank you.

Excellent service received from the operator when we telephoned to seek advice. Call was answered promptly and the operator could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Tech telephone was answered promptly. Abdullah analysed the problem causing my broadband to fail and patiently took me through process to restore it. He has emailed me procedure so hopefully I can do it myself if/when the problem recurs.
