The manager Iyaz is very rude and arrogant! The staff are very incompetent. Booked my car in for a service, they charged me for an antifreeze change that they never did! Will not be bringing my car back here!

Booked on line, then got a phone call a few hours later to say cannot do my booking with no apologie. Went somewhere else!!

We apologise for not being able to serve you on this occasion, this due to our promotional offer which subsequently caused a high volume of customers. however we have employed more staff to cope with the demand. Thank you for your feedback

Ordered Tyre online received confirmation via an email, come the day of fitting they have no record of it being booked. Took my number and was told Tyre might come later in a delivery , did not get a phone call or an apology to say sorry for wasting your time.

**I could have crashed my car!!!** I was planning on sending a letter to head office and shocked that its based at Bilston branch on Milfields Road where they serviced my car. I had to have new brake pads and discs front and back. I have a different term I'd prefer to use but the 'person' who serviced my car, the manager Lee, apparently failed to bleed the brake line which meant when I drove the car home it would not brake safely. I was unable to drive my car to work the next day, where I drive 70 miles down country lanes. I took it back the next day to be told I just had to get used to the new break pads and wear them in??? Meanwhile they had my car back in the bay where they likely bled the lines, as driving home the problem was solved. Absolute idiots, making it seem like I was moaning over nothing and ignoring a massive mistake they made.

I have reviewed the circumstances that have led to you raising your concerns and can now conclude the investigation of the complaint. The main reason was ā€œexcessiveā€ brake travel at the brake pedal ,this being due to new brakes Pads and Discs fitted to all the axles. I can fully appreciate your concern of not feeling safe whilst driving the vehicle, but the company, and managers have a considerable amount of experience in making a fair judgment on road testing a vehicle and for safety checks before handing keys to you. I can only apologise for any inconvenience it has caused. I can conclude that they have not been neglectful nor demonstrated incompetency in their conduct.

If there was an option for no stars i would have chosen that. In fairness they got my car in at short notice with a broken spring,for me to collect it have it back 20 mins with severe knocking,returned my car straight away to be told the apprentice changed the springs,clearly without any kind of supervision,as the apprentice cant drive,he could not test drive it,if he had he would have heard the knocking. We all have to learn somewhere so i do not blame him. I collected my car after another day and a half to be told its done all is fine we have test drove it and no knocking. Fab. No it was still knocking,it went back in again,as when the spring was changed damage was caused to the shocker.This was confirmed by another mechanic whom advised me to take it back and insist they rectify this free of charge. So that was the knocking. To my disgust they denied any responsibility for the damage,as i explained it didnt knock when i gave it you,my son paid 30 pounds for them to fix what they broke. I am appalled they had the cheek to expect payment. I will never use eurofit in bloxwich again, and i certainly wont be recommending anyone to go their.

Thank you for your feedback, I have investigated the complaint and can confirm the technician that had worked on your vehicle was NOT a trainee but a qualified mechanic who can carry out service and repairs on motor vehicles. Before your vehicle came in to Eurofit to replace the broken spring, your vehicle had been driven for several weeks with a broken spring, as a result the shock absorber was also damaged, which is not the fault of the Technician. After you raised the issue as a good will gesture the branch manager replaced the part which you supplied at no extra cost. When you left you were satisfied with the out-come and that concluded the matter. Its important to state facts when making a complaint otherwise it undermines your intentions, we are always happy to assist with complaints that provide genuine feedback to improve our level of service.

Terrible after going here for Past couple years this year they really fleeced me, car went in for MoT came out in terrible condition very pricey repairs, and is now off the road despite not having a problem prior to MOT and passing after a few minor repairs bulbs etc. Drove away to only here and feel my car was not the same. Terrible customer service very disappointed denied any responsibility šŸ˜”šŸ˜”šŸ˜”

Thank you for forwarding you concerns. We have looked into the issue you have raised and feel you have not supported your claim in regards to "Really Fleeced me". In my investigation I have noted your vehicle was presented for MOT test and it failed on various items including broken coil spring , after explaining the faults you authorised repairs at a cost agreed by you. The vehicle was repaired and road tested with no issues reported by the technician. I have also checked the invoice (EURMILLI-778), I have noted you was charged correctly. Please forward you concerns to the branch manager or head office to enable us to resolve the issues.

Ordered and booked 4 tyres at an agreed price. In the evening had an email stating not available. However checked on-line tyres were available but at an increased price of almost Ā£100. Not impressed. I am thinking of talking to trade in standards.

Thank you for sharing your experience on our web ordering system. I'm disappointed to hear you had missed out on the initial promotion for the tyres. Unfortunately these tyres were only available for 3 days during the Xmas period, due to the overwhelming response that particular batch of tyre was not available. We will be looking at promoting more products and services in the coming months.

Took car in for replacement tyre and thought we'd get MOT done at same time. MOT failed which we were expecting. They called and told us it would be Ā£130 to fix to pass. When we booked it back in for the work they called and said other things needed doing and has ended up costing Ā£240!! Bit of a difference! Feel we were duped into taking it in and then stung for it when we couldn't do anything about it. Be very careful.

The air con machine was broken and the guy said he would phone me when it was up and running again and would not charge for the top up as i worked for the nhs still waitin for the phone call will not use them again

Ordered my new tyres three weeks ago. Called in on monday and a man on the phone confirmed that they have already received them so decided to MOT my car as well on the day because noticed that MOT is running out. When got to the garage turned out my tyres has not been delivered and they can only get them in by next friday. When reminded them about phone call when got confirmation that my tyres are already there man said - I dont know. So basically was made to drive around the town without MOT searching for someone who would take on the job on saturday on sucha a short notice. Disgrace.

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry you was not able the get the tyres on the day you booked them, however I have forwarded your compliant to the 3rd party company who manages our online orders and they have assured me the issue have been resolved.. We have an excellent reputation for going out of the way to help our customers who are difficult circumstances, on this occasion we may have failed you, due to a 3rd party . I sincerely apologise for difficulty you have suffered. We will make for it during your next visit to Eurofit.

It indeed was a very bad experience. The staff who attended to my car was not honest to me and took money off me that I did not plan to spend. My car was not fixed at the end. Very very poor customer service and will never forget in a hurry.

Took my car in for a service it went in sounding fine no noise from the engine it came out with the loudest ticking noise ive ever heard took it back and was told they might have put the wrong oil in after weeks of arguing with other managers of this company I was told I needed to pay over 500 pound for a new part terrible customer service from the wednesfield branch will never be using this branch again and I'm unlikely to be using this company also

Had purchased 2 new Bridgestone tyres for my touring caravan wheels last year from the Wolverhampton branch....Wheels have 'Tyron Safety Bands' fitted which require a tool for fitting/removal which I understand can be a bit 'fiddly' but it did not stop them taking by business. One of the valves has been damaged and is leaking so I removed the wheel and took it back to buy a replacement valve on Saturday 10 June and was told by one of the staff that it would be 'no problem' and I agreed to pick it up today. Went to collect it and was told that the tool has mysteriously disappeared and effectively told to take my problem elsewhere!!.....So obvious that if two new tyres are required then it can be done.... but they can't be bothered to do it for the cost/profit of a mere valve replacement. Eurofit is a franchise so is only loosely governed by any central code of ethical practice. Customer service depends upon the integrity of the person who owns the franchise and the variability in this respect can be quite considerable !

Made an appointment waited twenty mins for tyre left in the end and went to local tyre place awful service at Wednesfield also lack of parking place full up with cars.

Last week I brought my brotherā€™s( Mr. Thomas Varghese) Honda Jazz car car for MOT at Eurofit Wednesfield 50 Wolverhampton Road Wednesfield WV11 1UJ on 22/05/2017 with an invoice number of 38935(Account No:THO059).I paid Ā£.27 for the MOT. The MOT test got failed due to major leak of exhaust gases rear. So the Manager said he is going to make an estimate and will ring me next day. I waited next day but no phone call from Eurofit. I tried to phone them several times and they said that they will inform me later. But at the end I had been there to ask them about what to do and how much is the cost to fit new one. Later, they asked me to take my car back because they didnā€™t knew what to order. I was totally disappointed when they asked me to take my car again to make the estimates for what they found during the MOT.I was disappointed due to this incident . I wasted my two days and was so stressed. No phone call from Euro fit yet. Then I realised that your firm is just a money making business without any courtesy. My Carā€™s Mot successfully passed in another centre without any parts change .My experience from Eurofit Wednesfield was very bad. I wouldnā€™t recommend it to my friends, colleagues or family members. Hopes this will make sense to you.

Thank you for communication. I have contacted the branch manager for an immediate explanation on the matter. The first part of the complaint relates to lack of communication by the manager and a delay in responding for a quotation. Firstly I would like to apologise for this and as a result the branch manager has been ordered to apologise for the lack of communication and poor service standard, so you will be hearing from Branch Manager or Area Manager shortly. The second part of the complaint you mentioned a non-leaking exhaust system you said ā€œwas not leaking and the manager was trying to steal your moneyā€. However I cannot confirm if the manager was wrong at this initial stage because the leaking exhaust is confirmed by a mot failure report which is an official document . However if you wish pursue the matter further, I will be happy to investigate the matter for you please respond in writing or mail at our head office see details below. Stay away from them(Eurofit Wednesfiled) .. They just want to steal your money . Earlier this week I went with my friends car for an MOT . 1. I booked them online . when I spoke with the manager , he had no clue about the online booking and held me for a slot 2 hours later. 2. he rang me later evening and said It failed because of a major leak in the exhaust pipe and were happy to swipe my card for 27Ā£. he cant give me a quote then and promised me to ring in the morning . 3. Nobody rang me the next day and I was sure there isn't any big leak in the exhaust as the car was silent. 4. I took the car to another garage and the exhaust leak was a made up story by him to get my 27Ā£.

Time to time cars do fail on MOT an we have ensure the legal MOT criteria is followed. I am surprised another garage has passed an MOT which we have failed. The issue needs to be addressed by MOT governing body VOSA, we have forwarded you comments to them they will in contact with garage concerned.

I was with my car there to change the clutch , they give me warranty , after 3 months my car is broken , the clutch have a very powerful smell , and i have the ABS sensors and more with the light on , and they don't want to recheck my car , don't want to respect the warranty. DON'T GO ,they will destroy your car .

A mechanic attempted to rip me off. I drove over debris & took my car here to get checked over to be told i needed a catalytic converter & was quoted Ā£280. I went elsewhere to get a second opinion to be informed that there was no damage to my cat, it was lose & therefore tightened with no charge. I will never take my car here again & have advised everyone I Know to stay away unless u want to be extorted. I feel that the mechanic attempted this as I am a woman. Avoid at all costs
