Phoebe, please accept my sincere apologies, No excuses. But here's the reason why. We are a small company and I deal with everything online. Not ideal but many businesses are running lean these days. Sadly I lost a close family member which necessitated that I needed to be elsewhere immediately to care for and relocate my 98 yo mother. I do understand how frustrating it is when enquiries are not responded to, and I endeavour to reply within 48 hours or less. In my defence we do have a phone number clearly advertised. Unlike many online parts sales companies who hide behind a website. kind regards Mick

You know whenever you've rung the main dealers and had that reassuringly expensive price conveyed to you for that part you need, any lower price is going to be a) welcome but b) approached with caution. I say that because I wasn't fitting the part, (beyond my level of confidence) but I knew that if the compatibility wasn't spot on there'd be all sorts of trouble ahead. Firstly the price here was 53% cheaper than the main dealers including VAT and delivery. It was boxed and a genuine Valeo part was received on super fast next-day delivery, crikey it wasn't ordered until after 2 pm and secondly, the compatibility was spot on. Very, very pleased. We have a few Renaults so will definitely be the first port of call in the future!

Communication from the Antipodes with this supplier was excellent. Fortunately, there are still companies which are willing to provide international service. Regrettably, the parts range is limited and costs are almost double those of prominent UK suppliers who do not ship overseas. Still grateful for this service in lieu of the pathetic (non-existent?) Australian suppliers.

Hi Graham, Really sorry, but it is customary in the UK to PAY FOR GOODS prior to them being shipped out. If you choose to pay by BANK TRANSFER and omit to actually send any funds, it stands to reason that your goods will not arrive next day. If you still require the bolts, please have a word with your bank or reorder and pay by card or Paypal. Kind regards
I am a little disappointed that no-one has respondered to my email asking to send a light that is in stock and then send the one on backorder as I need that light

A bit unfair Steven. It was made very clear that one of your lamps would be on back order. NO prior arrangement was made to ship one out early, but I did it at your request as soon as you requested it. There will be an additional charge to ship out the second lamp when it arrives. Very happy with your service but very disappointed with your delivery system. The part I ordered was so small, compact and weighed just approximately a few grams yet I was charged £25 delivery for an item that could have been put in a padded envelope and posted through Royal Mail. Because of this I would certainly think twice before ordering agai. Sorry for being so blunt but i say it as it is and because of this your rating is low.

Hi Henry, Thank you for taking time out to comment. Unfortunately our entire online parts operation is me. Sadly I do not currently have time to travel to a Post Office with the occasional packet, so I do rely on DPD & TNT to deliver our orders. One of my main policies is to NOT PROFIT from shipping. This goes for everything shipped worldwide. So it does smart a bit when that is the only gripe. I do not dictate pricing policy, I only pass it on. Currently it is cheaper to ship to the other side of France than it is to ship to NORTHERN IRELAND. I have negotiated the best prices I can and that is all I can do. EVERYTHING is expensive these days. We have a shop and we welcome collection of items. If you do not wish to pay for delivery, please do drop in and collect. Buying for us is a choice. There are no hidden costs. Would one walk to the other side of town to buy sourdough bread because the local shop does not stock it, and then complain to the sourdough shop that the sourdough shop should not be so far from one's house because it's too far to walk? regards Mick
