“I have been purchasing your products for over 15 years and they are excellent . However, had problems with the DHL delivery. I paid extra for the delivery and DHL delivered four days later than they stated and even though I have email confirmation they still were later than their own confirmed delivery time. These type of goods are medical and this should not occur. However, the products are second to non and I would giggly recommend them.”

“Post op bra was delivered swiftly and is of the highest quality. My surgery was delayed by 8 days and now need to exchange one of the bras as too big but unfortunately there is only a 14 day return policy. This means I'm going to have to order another garment ( plus have an unused bra still packaged) it's turning into an expensive mistake ( my fault as thought it would be a 28 day return policy as with other retailers) . Shame as the bra is amazing. And was delivered to wrong address by courier. Fortunately my surname is recognised in Facebook so it made its way to me. Thank goodness for honest folk 🙂”

“The garment was too short and the open crotch was so uncomfortable. As it applied pressure to my stomach area it pushed down so bad. I used it all for 20 mins and had to get it off. Tried again and again it was too tight. Fitted on my hips ets. Also thr legs were very tight.”

“I order 2 Nano-lipo cubes and the lipo-cube kits for the clinic where I work. Unfortunately, the kits were unavailable even if the websites were on sale but the customer service was able to sort out the problem by providing me with different equipment which fit with the Lipocube. The delivery has been really quick and the customer service is easy to reach and helpful. I will reorder absolutely from them. I'm giving 4 stars as the product I order was not in stock even if it was available on the website but they sorted out the problem in a few hours.”
