“It seems odd that I have been asked to write a review before actually having received my order, or even knowing when it will be delivered. I submitted the order on Wednesday evening and on Thursday evening received an e-mail notifying me it had been dispatched. So far so good. It is now Saturday evening however and I still don't know where my order is, or when I'm likely to receive it. If it arrives early next week and is in good condition I will be completely satisfied with the service, however being asked to comment now just seems ridiculous...”

“Lovely cabinet, unfortunately there was damage to the top of it in 2 places. Clearly had been dropped on a floor.Couldn't find email address directly to complain so sent one added onto a response from my order including photos. This was done weeks ago and still no response..”

“Orders turned up damaged. Took 7 weeks to get replacement panel. Then ordered another unit to match the set. That one turned up very damaged so refused to keep it. Was told I would be sent out replacement panels for the damaged ones but explained i had to wait 7 weeks for the previous damaged panel and wasn't prepared to do the same on this unit. They refused to send out a complete new unit so I told them I wanted to send it back to them. They charged me £25 to send it back. Avoid at all costs. After sales service is shocking. Will never deal with them again”

“Brill!!! Love my bed, it came flatpacked but i was able to assemble it by myself (Kingsize). Staff really helpful with delivery and went over and beyond to ensure i had a slot that I could attend. Delivery team rang before they were due to arrive. Great service thank you”

“so pleased with our purchase of our 4+2 plne chest of drawers, just finished making up this morning, pieces are so well made, went together perfectly, with no trouble at all. “I would never normally write a bad review but I ordered a wardrobe, it arrived with sections missing and other bits damaged. Trying to get a refund on the wardrobe has been an ongoing process of more than 6 weeks now. All rather frustrating since I still have nowhere to hang my clothes and no refunded money to purchase another one. Not the best experience thus far!”
