Needed parts for my cooker as it was stripped down in the kitchen. Can’t telephone them but sent all the details via their website as they insisted, got a message they will answer in 2 to 3 days … had a message for a further ref number which I sent and a further response saying will be in touch in 2 days …. Still waiting but sensibly I ordered it from another company and less than 24 hours it’s working again

I ordered from Bekospares, waited months for the delivery after several holding emails. You delivered the wrong part. When I had the opportunity to find out is was the right part, I try to refund. I am directed to espares- the wrong number is on the website and is misleading. You will not refund me or rectify with the correct product I ordered (confirmed by the picture on your website and the invoice) Total waste of my time and money.

Now owned by Screwfix, easy order process, slow delivery and impossible returns (website does not produce Royal Mail returns label). Never using again - avoid.

Very unhappy with this company as the items received were cheap and the cost when finished importing from the UK very expensive. Never again!

I purchased a fridge part on espares.ie and paid VAT on the purchase, it was made look like the sale was in Ireland. When the item was shipped, Irish customs came looking for VAT on top of the espares VAT. Espares would only offer a refund on their VAT charge which meant I was out of pocket an extra 8 euro, I refused to pay it out of principal, they will refund but just a waste of time. Be wary of this on larger orders. Customer service was hopeless to deal with, unhelpful and not the same person despite the same email chain.

Ordered from Espares in February, still waiting for my order. Sent email to customer service and they repeatedly told me they never got any order from me. I applied for a charge back from my bank and now suddenly they found my order. I WOULD NOT recommend buying from this company.

I bought an item from them. The first time it was left at my door, the courier -selected by espares- rang the bell and I could directly collect the package. Unfortunately, it was sent already damaged (unlikely it got damaged during transit because of the type of damage). I immediately contacted espares who told me to return it at their expenses, but they played on sending me wrong information and destination for the return. The customer service officer also said -we were communicating via online chat- that once I bought it again they would refund me 10% for the inconvenience. I managed to return the item and I was fully refunded after a couple of days. I bought the item again, but this time the delivery was late, and the item was delivered to someone else, despite espares swearing that I had received it and refusing to investigate were it had been delivered. The item eventually showed up several days later because I went around town making enquiries . Needless to say, espares refused to refund the 10% as promised, using the excuse that I would have to send them the email where they promised to do so, knowing well I couldn't because the promise was made on the online chat. In short: be very very careful with them.

Ordered a part which is advertised as in stock with a delivery date of 20 march . The item never arrived and according to my order it was in process. Several emails were sent and ignored although I expected a reply within 24-48hrs . Spoke to the live chat team and was given various excuses over 3 days then finally get an email to say my order has been cancelled and I will receive a refund . The best part is my part is apparently out of stock yet the website says in stock delivery next day . When pointed out I am told the website is wrong and needs updating. Poor service and the worst company I have ever had dealings with

Firstly Espares.ie give you the impression you are dealing with an Irish company or least Irish branch of the company till you get letter from Irish Customs adding on further postal charges to you package based on estimated value on top of the delivery charge the company charged you making the product more expensive to buy from them. can possibly buy for lesser for lesser or same value buying from Irish supplier or retail store. Secondly I went o make query with the company relating to the extra charges as not informed there was going to be an extra Customs charge via Email as they do not have complaints phone number for Obvious reasons as bad customer service to deal with, My emails were ignored completely, so i tried chat and when i did get through it was guy called Mohamad who finally did give me some insight into why this extra charge was imposed and if i decline the product will go back to company & Ill be refunded but he was totally ignorant as he never allocated me enough time to respond and he just ended chat. Never again will I be dealing with this Company and it setup with only 2 ways to contact email n chat and from my experience neither are very helpful. they should not be allowed to be allowed to use a site with .IE in their site as they give the pretense they are an Irish company supplier or least Irish branch. If you purchasing from Ireland stay clear as you will not be notified bout extra custom charges and by time you pay the extra charges you more then likely can buy same produce for lesser or same value here in Ireland

Placed an order with espares and paid £6.99 for next day delivery. Received notification of delivery date. Items never arrived at all. Waited 3 additional days with no notice or explanation of any delays. Tried to telephone customer services, but no phone number available and no person to speak to (no surprise there then!). Forced to finally enagae in a "live chat" which for some busy people, this isn't always the easiest option, and was told that the part(s) were coming directly from the manufacturer and it was'nt their fault for the delay. despite paying for next day delivery. So in summary, yet another 'drop selling' company offering items as advertised as 'IN STOCK' but instead, they are just using other peoples stock (like so many 'e_companies') without incurring their own product outlay or storage costs, then blaming the supplier for their breach of contract and failed poor service. The sooner people stop dealing with these faceless organisations who won't invest in human contact resources and get away with making false advertising statements, the better our supply chain will be. Excuse the rant, order cancelled, refund requested, ordered now directly from the manufacturer (fridgemaster), arriving tommorow and experienced a fabulous personal customer service experience over the phone as everyone should expect. Will never use espares again, or for that matter, any similar company who you can't pick up the phone and speak to someone with a problem.

Washing machine valve arrived on time but in too large a box with very little padding inside. Clips had broken off but still useable. Needed machine to work, so wanted to discuss options but customer service non existent. All automated. Paid £70 and it's now held in place with garden wire!

Worst company, has no commitment to its customers. You go shopping and they never deliver the product, let alone update you on the reason or status of purchase. I bought a product on the website that was available for purchase, but after the purchase I received an email saying that it was not available and delivery would be delayed by 10 days. It's been more than a month since the purchase date and I haven't received the product, I haven't received contact from the company about the product delivery update, so little return on the unavailability and apologies for the mistake of selling something they don't have in stock . Total incompetence of the company, lack of commitment with the customers' time.

15.9.2022. I ordered a part from eSpares. 17.9.2022. email from Royal Mail advising me that the delivery date for the order was to be the 17th of September. 17.9.2022. The second email from Royal Mail advised me that they returned the parcel to eSpares and that I should contact them for further information. - Sent an email to eSpares telling them of the emails from Royal Mail. 21.9.2022. Enquiry assigned a ticket ref and that a member of the Customer Experience team will contact me. 21.9.2022. email from Safiyyah - eSpares team - telling me that they dispatched the order on the 15th of September and that I should wait ten days. Did she not read my email with the screenshots of the Royal Mail messages? 22.9.2022. Reply to eSpares, that I was aware of the despatch date, but the issue was with Royal Mail returning the parcel - screenshots of the RM emails are attached. 26.9.2022 email to eSpares. Referring to my previous emails emphasizing that the parcel was returned to them by Royal Mail. I also, once again, attached the screenshot of the Royal Mail email. 26.9.2022. email from Caroline eSpares Customer Care - "The refund will be issued on the return of the item back into the warehouse." 27.9.2022. email to eSpares advising that under the" Consumer Rights Act 2015, they are responsible for the goods until they are handed over to me or someone appointed by me ." Once again, I attached a screenshot of the Royal Mail messages. 28.9.2022 email to eSpares requesting them to let me know when they will refund my money. 29.9.2022. email from eSpares advising that they have received the item and that it will be checked and if everything is satisfactory they will issue a refund. How many times do they have to be told that they are responsible for the item until it has been delivered. 29.9.2022. email advising me that they have issued a refund.

Possibly the worst customer service I… Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Worse that Virgin Media and that's saying something. I placed an order for a part, but the wrong one was delivered. I was forced to do an online chat with an agent, because you can't actually ring eSpares, despite them publishing a number on their website - a message advises that their customer service is now fully digital and then hangs up. He advised to return the item and reorder the part, which I did. Guess what, the wrong part arrived again. Having had no success with an online chat I filled in their customer contact form with a full explanation of what happened and asking what I should do to ensure the correct part was delivered. What a fool I was to expect a sensible reply - instead I got a canned email advising the return procedure, which of course I'm fully familiar with having done that for the first incorrect delivery. I have replied to the email address that the canned mail came from but I'm fully expecting it to be an unmonitored mailbox and not receive a reply at all. It's a shame because I've used espares before, but clearly when something goes wrong they simply don't have the procedures or customer focus to resolve it properly.
