“Beautiful costume. Great service had to return a costume as it was too big Not a problem returned it ordered another one had it in time for Halloween. One happy wee girl. And she won 1st prize at school for the best costume.”

“Ordered costume and went to wear on Halloween zip broke on first use and had to use duck tape to keep inflated - Service from Escapade was good and delivery on time just the actual quality of the costume that was disappointing for the price”

“The item was the wrong size so I emailed them. They said it only came in one size. This may be true but their website has the wrong size for the item. They sent a replacement, it was still the wrong size. I tried to ring and was in a queue for over an hour and only got to 9th in the queue. I hung up then. They tried to fix issue over email but failed as they have marked up the item with the wrong size in their database.”

“Rubbish , paid a lot for delivery to ensure my costume arrived Tuesday before Halloween but it still hasn’t arrived have tried to contact to ask for money back but either on hold forever or if I do get through it just rings also email they give for contact doesn’t work, will be contacting PayPal as luckily I paid through them to look into matter further , really disappointed”
