Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Lovely looking taps for both shower cabin and bath. Delivery was smooth and on time. All the items came beautifully packed with no scratches or defects. The only thing I would say is that the waterfall bath tap is not suitable for a free standing bath ( which was our intention). If the water pressure is low/ tap is not turned on to max, sadly water leaks underneath down the wall. Both taps look sleek and modern.”

“Shower tray delivered using next day service. Unfortunately it was damaged so I had to contact them to arrange a replacement. The plumber was already half way through the job and needed the tray to continue. Thankfully ED arranged a replacement to be delivered the following day. Sure enough it turned up and the lovely delivery guy took the damaged one away with him. He was also patient enough to wait a few minutes whilst the plumber checked the new tray for damage. The only thing missing from the whole experience was an apology for the inconvenience of being sent a damaged tray. However as they dealt with the issue so well, a 5 star review is still fully justified. Thank you ED!”

“Fantastic product and service. Yet to use the shower but it looks amazing and is of top quality. We had an issue with a lugg (vital piece of fitting for the thermostat) missing so contacted the company who dealt with it promptly and effortlessly and had a new one sent to me the very next day, so pleased with the service. I want to add from the images I had sent them they clarified the lugg was lost by the installer as they can tell from how the screw is placed in a certain way so regardless of this they sent one as a gesture of good will :) Very happy and Thank you!”

“Item: Kudos Shower cubicle, Original Classic 1000mm quadrant corner enclosure, Matching Kudos Concept 2 shower Tray and Plinth. Supplier : Ergonomic Designs. Comprehensive website, easy to navigate. Excellent choice of products at very good prices. Quick delivery. Highly recommended. All Items delivered to our home promptly and very well packed. This is our second Kudos Classic Quadrant enclosure. The first one installed 18 years ago in our last home gave exemplary service and looked superb even after all that time. This one looks just as strikingly good, elegant, very smooth in its sliding action and easy to keep spotlessly clean. Every aspect of the enclosure shows exemplary quality, careful design and effortless elegance. Its relatively hogh price is well justified. Exceptionally for corner enclosures, the glass panels are fully shaped in a circular arc which accounts for the extreme smoothness of the sliding action and elegant looks. Functionally the curved shape allows a larger enclosure to be fitted within a given bathroom area. In our case, it enabled a 1000mm unit to be fitted instead of a 900mm standard unit from other manufacturers. The tray is shaped to fit, looks good and is of high quality. However, I found it to be dangerously slippery. It is normal for a shower user to have wet feet slippery from shower gel. I found myself in extreme danger of injury from slipping when I was taking a shower. In fairness to Kudos, I should mention that they do make an anti-slip version (not listed in the suppliers web page) which may be better. However, I feel that even the version which I ordered should provide better performance. Disappointed in this one respect but otherwise satisfied.”

“Initially the wrong shower tray was delivered but this was quickly rectified. Unfortunately the waste that was sold alongside the tray did not fit (too small) and this was only discovered on installation so an alternative needed to be quickly sought. It took quite a lot of communication to get the item refunded but I believe this was the fault of the distributor rather than Ergonomic Designs who were me trying their best to sort it.”

“I bought a really nice Hansgrohe shower from Ergonomic Designs at an exceptionally good price and later bought Kudos Pinnacle 8 shower doors, which also were extremely well priced. Both items were out of stock nationwide (to any company) but Ergonomic Designs kept brilliant contact by email about when they would be back in supply and delivered them both quicker than they said they would. The delivery driver was very helpful and friendly.”

“We bought a tall unit, not for the bathroom but actually as a storage unit for the landing. I was amazed, it came practically assembled and was top quality! Even the delivery driver was great, we had numerous delivery updates and the driver called 30mins before to say he was on his way and was so lovely and friendly! We had another unit delivered from Wayfair the next day and was nothing like the quality or experience we had with Ergonomic (and was far more expensive!) I just wish they had more furniture as I'd only buy from there if they did! Highly recommend”
