They have not done any proper research into the effectiveness of this treatment - rather they have research about some of the ingredients in it. I found that my mood swings became worse and I had worse brain fog than I had without it. I have been doing cold water therapy and wim hog breathing and have found much more impact - and that is free. Do not buy this product .”
