“It was my first time ordering books for the school during summer 2023 after taking on role as Admin Assistant. Julie supported me all the way through with advice and suggestions. I also had a set of new books customised and her advice was invaluable. Even other staff at EPSL were very helpful. I had some items to return and Julie was amazing at sorting that out too. Each box was numbered so the contents could be matched with despatch note. My only qualm is that these boxes are handled carefully so the books don't get damaged as one box was but fortunately the books were all in good condition. All in all a good service, courteous staff and the packaging of books when they arrived was super. The paper quality is great and school logo very clear and centralised on front cover. Always willing to help when contacted. Thank you.”
