“AVOID BUYING! Really rude customer service. If you dont follow his only advice, Dylan will repeat that you were ignoring him. I just choosed what ever it was cheaper for me however he will say the end of the world is coming after you didnt follow his advice. Excuse me!! I will choose the way that better suits me. Really rude without manners, if the owner is reading this, please ask him to show you all the emails... Thanks to Paypal I got my money back! There are plenty of shop from where to buy so I highly recommend you to dont deal with this kind of people.”

“Brought my boy an £900 bike from epic motors, the chain is Constantly coming off, even after keep on tightening the back wheel it works it’s self lose after ever ride or during so spoils the fun, back break also works it’s self lose every time, there’s some wrong with this, have emailed many times and just tell me it’s minor fixers, taken this to a bike shop and they have told me to take it back to where I’ve brought the bike from. Had the throttle stop work ping the first week of having the bike, I had myself had to take the bike apart to find there was a cable not properly plugged in and come lose, this was also apparently a minor fix that the Customers should know how to fix. Had the front light bulb go after 5weeks, my fault too, shouldn’t wash the bike with any water, just a damp cloth, there’s no rubber gasket protecting the bulb from moisture levels, very poor bike and customer service for £900 spent on the bike and had all these issues in less than 4 months, spend your money else where”

“Not what was advertised; 2 x 12v batteries in parallel does not mean 24v...Unless all the 240v sockets in my house means that my tv is 7200v?! Awkward customer service after reporting that the item was faulty. Less than a year later and it doesn’t work at all. On the plus side, it looks pretty good and the kids enjoyed it while it worked, when it worked... maybe a hundred quid of Chinese parts and a day in the garage and it will be going again.”

“After ordering a peg perego changer for my kids gator so they could use it over the Easter weekend and was guaranteed 48 delivery my order came 4 days latter When it did arrive they had sent me a battery not a charger I called and let them know they said they would collect the battery and send a new charger on the following Tuesday again by 48 delivery they collected the battery on Tuesday today’s Saturday and still no charger !!!! I wouldn’t use this company again so unprofessional and obviously unorganised”
