“The process was made easier than the previous attempt that did not materialise in the charging point being installed. Chloe was always available and explained every step of the process. The assigned installation engineer, Nick, was professional, courteous and offer a full explanation. He was very accommodating re our preferred position of the charging point and worked very clean and tidy.”

“The installer was on time, explained everything in a simple manner, left no mess and did a fantastic job. The charger works perfectly and the app is very simple, some added functionality where it ties into the car (the live start and end charge levels of the vehicle) would be great but I have the dedicated car app for that so all in all extremely happy. Really impressed and would highly recommend”

“Chose the EO Mini Pro 2 as I wanted something small and unobtrusive. Bit of a leadtime waiting for the install but Nick from EV etc Ltd was excellent - a very tidy install. The EO wouldn't see my wifi at all at first but I resolved it by using an old wifi router as an access point which did the trick. Early days but pleased so far and much better than using the car's granny lead.”

“Installation of the basic charger was very quick - less than 30 minutes. So £900 and the labour element feels very expensive. Still waiting for the remote connectivity to be fixed - was promised a return visit. Still waiting as I type this…..”

“The work carried out by the installation engineer was good but he failed to complete the work, leaving me with no connection to my solar system to charge via this method. After two phone calls to your tech team, having zero response from the first call, an Email or acknowledgement would have been useful. I had to make a second call the person on the other end wasn't at all interested just told me to contact the installers he didn't offer any contact details I had to ask for them. My thanks to the installers who acted very quickly and dispatched an engineer the next day. I think the installers need more training on solar installations neither engineer had worked with solar before the second engineer was more methodical and resolved the issue, that the first one just left and told me to get another electrician who worked on solar systems. Not what you want to hear when you have paid extra for this service. Maybe a more in-depth survey would have highlighted potential issues with the solar link up. Everything is now working correctly it just took a bit longer than it should have to get it right, hope this has given you a few ideas for improvements to your service.”
