“Communication before installation was professional and informative. On the day the installer came on the hottest day of the year! He explained every step of the installation and the finish of the work was superb. A 10/10 job. The power was only off for a v short period of time - less than half an hour. The product worked immediately and we have had no problems since.”

“Had a Mini Pro 2 installed last year and found out only recently the app wasnt recording the history. The team in EO was quick to assist and have been fantastic throughout the whole process to get it fixed. In the end it required the box to be replaced for which they delivered a new one within days and the installer was arranged for the next day. The installer himself was a bit confused as he had never seen any issues with the EO box before. Changing the box and linking it to my acccount was swiftly completed with the help of the EO support team - special shout out to Sonny!”

NB have read lots of negative comments on the app, we use the car's charging schedule to manage when it does and doesn't charge so haven't needed to use the app.”
