Fantastic. Had a call once my application was sent discussing layout of my house and checking details. The guy who came to install it was super helpful and knowledgeable and did a really good job.

Already had my charger replaced once, now it doesn’t schedule . My last review was deleted which is odd. So posting an update . I have been waiting for an answer for 2 weeks with no answer unless I call the tech team. Latest is that apparently these units are not compatible with VW cars 🚗

Very happy with the installation of my charger, however I have not yet taken delivery of my electric vehicle to use it yet. The guys fitting the charger and the other electrical switches and fittings required were very professional, clean and tidy. Got my plumber to help install cables under the floor which greatly helped the installation both aesthetically and reduced installation costs. The initial survey on the electrical requirements was a bit daunting, but with the cooperation of my plumber and the installation team, everything went well in the end.

EV home who installed were absolutely brilliant, however your app is not good and your customer service starting with the frequency of puerile emails and apparent disinterest of your sales staff almost beggars belief as does your IVR. Communicated both by email and phone.

I received excellent customer service from start to finish! Natalia was super helpful keeping me up to date with the installation. Dave was fantastic, he completed the survey and all appeared to me to be impossible to install due to the power from my house is in the centre of the house and on this basis the route was up under the stairs, under the floor-boards on the landing and through the master bedroom to the front of the house. On the day of the install, he started around 8am and was finished by 2pm and you wouldn't have known that he had attended, so tidy, polite and friendly throughout. Thank you

A local firm to my home. I thought that would help and give ‘buy local’ type reassurance. The pre sales talk and reassurances are quite convincing. However, product is wholly unreliable, after sales service is non existent. Most of the time the unit does not charge. Most of the time the approach of the company is to equivocate, try diversionary tactics, but certainly not to take any pro-active steps to solve problems. The product and service are so terrible that I’ve had to say I’d visit the office to sort out the issues. That made a tiny bit of improvement. But not much! I’ve no experience of other domestic charging unit, but I’d say avoid EO at all costs.

Easy and straight forward install - Information was nice and clear throughout the entire process with regular communications at each stage. The job is very neat with minimal disruption and no ugly trailing wires or cables. Great Job. Would definitely recommend.

Yet to get the wireless app connected but we're delighted just to have the charger, so will make a rating on that. The one we purchased was small and minimalist and fits great in the outside space on a brick pillar and looks great. Easy to use, no problems with installation and we liked the installer, all good!

Based on my experience I would not recommend. I have a smart charger that only works when connected to wifi. I have changed my broadband provider and have not been able to reconnect through the app. Support is sparse, cannot call through to technical, spend ages holding for customer services, only for them to take a message saying I’ll have to wait 3 days for a response from technical. There’s no other way to get help with an offline charger that’s been down for a month.
