“Selected this charger as it was small and best unlike some of the lumps available from other manufacturers. After just over 3 years, a problem developed with the charger and despite being out of warranty, EO were attentive and understanding and helped resolve the issue to my satisfaction - would recommend the product and the company highly! Keep up the good work.”

That being said, we're sorry to hear that your latest experience with our Technical Support service didn't match your expectations. We've flagged your feedback to our Customer Support team who have confirmed that the issue experienced has been reported a couple of months after the expiration date of your product warranty. Meaning that, unfortunately, any costs associated with repair or replacement won't be covered by EO Charging and have to be at the customer's expense. Please note that in addition to the standard 3-year product warranty that you benefited from, we also had extended warranty packages available to cover customers in year 4 and 5. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and so we'd love to be able to discuss any of the above information in further detail with you. “Excellent all around, although the delivery of the item was slightly delayed, the installer cracked on so as soon as it arrived it was on the wall and working. I know our job was a piece of cake for the engineer, but he still did a really neat job, many thanks”
