“Very poor pest control service. On first visit the appointment wasnot kept at the time agreed. and the treatment left was finished after few days. I Called and emailed them. They just ignored and didnt provide more boxes or make a visit. I was given a very high quote for proofing . They were not even bothered to arrange the second visit. For The second visit I had to call to arrange it. i guess the reviews of 4 and 5 stars are fake. I dont recommand these company.”

Im sorry that you wasn't satisfied with our service and have looked into this job and can see that we have replied to you on email replying to all of your queries regarding the ongoing treatment. With regards to the second visit we had booked you in for Saturday and that was confirmed by yourself on email? I understand that you wanted to change the report in order to apportion blame on your tenants but our report was unbiased and identified that the source of infestation was as a result of the holes in the property which we quoted for.You was also not happy with the quotation given and wanted further discount which we applied so this complaint was a surprise to us considering the level of service you received.

“We were visited twice by James (who was lovely) to help us with a mice problem. Unfortunately he didn't identify all of the holes the mice were using. After receiving an extortionate quote of £540 incl. VAT for the proofing of our property, we sought the services of another company, who then discovered 3 more areas where the mice were getting in. The other company were much, much cheaper and I would recommend them over Environ.”

I'm pleased to see that you were happy with James service, he is an exceptional technician and, of course, I'm saddened to hear that you weren't happy with the quotation provided. When we made our assessment it was apparent that we would have to have 2 technicians on site all day to carry out the extensive works so we had to price accordingly and in our opinion, this does provide value for money. “AVOID. They insist on full payment upfront (in itself a red flag), make excuses for why they can't complete the work they scoped and you paid for, don't even bother to let you know that they won't be completing the work (leaving you to work this out when you get back) and then have the audacity to try and charge you again to come back and complete. Thoroughly shady practice - stay well clear.”

“We had a mouse infestation and a friend recommended Environ . They were extremely professional and very easy to deal with . The office staff could not have been nicer and they sent a guy within 2 hours . We were extremely happy with the efficient service and the return to solve the problem . I was extremely impressed how professional Aron they guy they sent was , would not come in the house with dirty boots on, very respectful. I have already recommended Environ to a good friend of mine who was just as happy as I was .”

Dear Rak Sharma, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations but this is extremely unfair to post a negative review considering the level of service that you received.We provided you with a quotation to proof the property professionally and your only concern was that you wanted it done cheaply because it was a tenanted property as well as apportioning the blame on the tenants for being messy which wasn't the case in our opinion.There were innumerable holes in the flat which we pointed out which I presume you managed to deal with.

“I have been trying to communicate with your company with emails back and forth. it has finally made me come to leaving a review. We contacted your company to solve a condensation and dampness issue in our cellar. Environ carried out a survey and quoted insistently for a very expensive tanking system that they said, was required to solve our problem. The tanking has been finished and the condensation is till there, and now they say, that the tanking was not for that effect. I enquired about an air brick that was never installed, and the engineer that carried out the work said it could not be used. My intention is to warn other customers about the poor service Environ property services in dealing with my issue. Obtain other quotes and other information, because, I was pressed into accepting a proposal that has not solved the issue at hand in my home. The customer service Faye and Emily have been very polite and the engineers on site were very professional and left my house very tidy after each day of work. I think you should train all your personnel, specially your surveyor in customer service qualities, they do not have the intention to listen to the customer, they make a report and propose an expensive investment that would not solve the problem and just make us waste money. I am still waiting for a quote and guarantee to finally solve the issue we have in my home. I have noticed now that all your reviews are over 1 year old”

“I Couldn’t recommend Environ property services enough! I requested at call back at 7am for a pest control issue at my home. By 8.45am I had a slot allocated and a gentleman called Daniel O Connor attended. He was great! Helpful, professional and happy to give advice on the situation. Would definitely use this company again! Thankyou to Environ! :)”

“Awful company. Do not use. Appauling customer service and no guarantee of resoltuion of the problem. Offered two house visits two weeks apart and due to the mouse problem worsening after their initital visit they came out one week later but then refused to return at the end of the two weeks, claiming we had 'used up' our two visits. The two employees who came out gave different and conflicting information. The posion wasn't touched and no other options were given.”

“Highly recommend this company! After we travelled back through Asia we picked up some nasty little critters, however Environ came out and with no messing around got rid of them. The technician Daniel was efficient & left nothing unturned. A big thank you to Harriet who had nothing but patience with me and my endless question from beginning to end. Thanks Environ.”

“I have an ongoing problem with rodents. It’s a fairly complex problem that needs specialist teams that go the extra mile. I’d tried other firms and eventually found Environ. Finally we’re getting on top of it. The team really know their stuff and have diligently worked to eradicate the problem. I would recommend them to anyone who is having similar problems.”

“Enquired about a mould survey and was told that they do not survey my area. Now I am London based and the website clearly states, LONDON. I can see there postal code is SW6 so I guess E14 was not convenient enough. CHANGE you website to state South West London only and don't waste my time!”
