Hi Andrzej, We're very sorry to hear that your order took too long to ship to Poland. We dispatch all orders the same day they are received (or the next day if received after 3pm), and once the parcel is with the courier, there is unfortunately little we can do. We do advertise that the international delivery time frames are estimates, and that there may be delays. Looking at the tracking of your parcel, your order was held up in customs when it arrived in Poland. This occasionally happens when shipping internationally, and is out of the hands of both us as a business, and the courier too. As for having to pay customs fees, we made that very clear at checkout, and you even had to tick a box to acknowledge this before you could place your order. We can normally collect EU VAT at checkout as we are IOSS registered, however, as you indicated that you are a business customer with a Polish VAT number, we are unable to process the order through IOSS. As you will be aware as a VAT registered company, business to business transactions do not fall under the IOSS scheme, and the importing business is liable for any import taxes and duties. We feel that it's rather unfair to give us a one star review for events that are completely out of our control, and for events that you acknowledged when you placed your order.

“I live in belgium and my package has not arrived yet after more than 1 month and i had to pay 30 euros more. I would not recommend this if you live autside of England”

Hi Thomas, I'm sorry to hear that your package hasn't arrived yet, we only have one delivery method to Belgium which is €11.08 (only about €5 more than delivery to a UK address), so I'm unsure what the €30 more you have stated in your review is about. Occasionally international parcels can have issues and get delayed or lost with delivery couriers, which is completely out of our control, however, we provide full tracking information so that you can see where your parcel is at any point in its journey. We have had no communication from you prior to this review to get this resolved. We are a very small family business who pride ourselves on great customer service, so we're a little upset that you haven't given us a chance to look into this and rectify the problem before leaving us a bad review.
