“Awful customer service, send me a damaged product. When I contacted them they didn't even want it to get this back. After few emails they told me to send this back and cover the postage only get a refund for goods not for postage which I pad upfront to get those items as well.”

“The first bulb an Orbitec E14 60W that I used to replace a blown one gave an incredibly bright light and was much brighter than the other bulbs in the ceiling light. The light was switched off 2 hours later. However, the following morning, when the light was switched back on, the bulb blew with a mighty bang and fused the lighting circuit. On inspection of the bulb, a hole had blown in the threaded screw section of the bulb. I have not used any of the other bulbs that I purchased as I consider them to be dangerous.”
