“Bad customer service. They sent the wrong size bulbs. Then didn’t send the correct one upon return as they promised. Month later and still waiting for my full refund. Their mistake at my expense.”

“Easy to order, delivery was excellent and as for the product. We ordered three strip lights (two different sizes) and although we had to take away our existing lights the new ones were so easy to install - and the wiring cable was compatible with our existing fittings apart from one that we needed to use a fitting that was enclosed with the lights. I know where I will be going if I need to in the future. Thank you”

Hi Michael, Can you please try the tube that is working in the fitting where the other tube didn't work. This will eliminate the possibility that the fitting is at fault. If that is working then please let us know and we will send a replacement. A copy of this reply has been sent to your email address.
