“I was apprehensive about having a new gas fire , but after talking with the fitter Jordan and seeing the finished fire I was absolutely delighted. He was a very friendly and easy to talk to young man , and nothing was to much trouble , answered all the questions I had to ask, would be happy to recommend this company.”

“The Enviro-Flame website gives phone number for a 'free estimate'. I sent the company photos and explained in an email fairly clearly what we have in mind. As we can't know what is possible until a technician visits our house, I was told that this would cost £65 to conduct a survey (or alternatively, having two chimneys cleaned at a cost of £160 and advice on the possibilities). I then received an invoice for £160 due for payment the day before the engineer comes to our house. I find it extraordinary that this company wants to be paid to provide a quote for what is likely to worth several thousand pounds in business and expect an invoice to be settled before they provide the service. I will not be using this company.”

“Claudio did an absolutely fantastic job making our chimneys secure against birds nests as well as sweeping them out. He was polite, knowledgeable, cleared up beautifully after the job and all for a very cost effective price. He worked until the job was finished, rather than to a specific time. I would highly recommend him.”

“Very happy so far, Jordan is going to get a quote to me for someone to take the cowl off the chimney. When this is fixed I will be able to give a higher mark if satisfied. Other wise, very clean professional and polite.”

“George and Bryan were the engineers who removed our old fireplace and inspected the chimney to ensure it was ready for the installation of our new fireplace. They were both professional, polite and respected our home. They left the work area spotless on completion. I would happily recommend these two and certainly use their expertise again.”
