“Really nice team - very helpful. Decent price. And they go above and beyond when giving advice, finding you an appointment time, cleaning your chimney, fitting fireplaces and more. I'll definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.”

“Could not be happier with the service provided by Bryan today. Super friendly, efficient, did an absolutely fantastic job not just of checking our fire / flue etc. but also gave our victorian fire surround an absolutely super clean. It looks brand new!! Thanks again, would 100% recommend.”

“Bryan came to sweep and check our chimney today and was absolutely brilliant. Efficient, professional and a real joy to meet. He explained the whole process simply and clearly and gave us all the information we needed to follow up his visit. It was a pleasure to have him here and to meet him. He’s an absolute credit to his profession and to enviro-flame.”

“Apart from the initial delay on arrival not Jordan’s fault I was extremely happy with the work carried out today. Jordan is knowledgeable helpful and friendly as ever again thank you To the business great I’m really happy with the work Jordan carried but please think about contact lines/channels on a Saturday as there was no one I could speak to confirm Jordan was still on his way yesterday. Hence my voice mails and emails left.”

“George swept 3 chimneys and did a smoke test. He was prompt, polite, efficient and gave me some great advice on what we could do with our fireplaces and chimneys if we decide to use them or not.”

“Our sweep, George, arrived punctually and cleaned 2 chimneys. He was polite and communicative. We discussed the merits of chimney balloons and sheep covers. He left the grates clean and tidy.”

“engineer George came on sept 3 2022 to service the gas heater in our sitting room. In additional to being very considerate and pleasant he did a thorough cleaning job by taling down the entire heater and cleaning all the components - something no one before had done. I can unreservedly recommend him and will ask for him in person the next tome i need a service”

“Jordan came to sweep our log burner. From start to finish he was courteous and respectful of our home. Nothing was rushed he completed a thorough job and not only left the burner spotless but his working area also. Nothing was any trouble he shared his knowledge and gave us some great advice, which we immediately actioned. Was a pleasure having Jordan working in our home and will be requesting for him to attend again. Thank you”
