“Absolutely fabulous experience! Can't wait to do it all again- the staff and crew are so friendly, helpful and professional- they couldn't have done more. The food is 5 star, the boat itself is roomy and sumptuous and the trips arranged are well thought through with a lovely relaxed pace, We only had two days but it was so restful I felt I had had a week away! My dear Mum (87) loved every minute and is looking forward to our next trip- longer next time!”

The musical entertainment on our second night was "second to none" - what a talented and flexible singer. “As per our feedback form. All personnel were A1. Helpful, empathetic, and welcoming (not patronising which tends to happen to older folk!) and despite obviously being rushed off your feet - didn't let it show. Only at the end because of the tight schedule felt a little pushed off the boat.....
Cabins were a little basic but everything reassuringly clean to a high standard and comfortable. Food very acceptable except for cold eggs. Outings well organised. Highly enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Thank you . Mark & I appreciated all that was done to make it so good.”

Our only gripe was the food which was cold on occasions and the main lunch course was more like a starter sometimes. We enjoyed most of the food, we just feel it needs a little tweaking maybe.
The visits were interesting, but Slimbridge left me rather disappointed.”

In short, all have the same objectives: to make the customer happy and safe. The boat is immaculate, the food the best we've ever had! We booked another for next year....”

Firstly, Sam was brilliant throughout the booking process and in taking into account any special requirements.
The crew were friendly, attentive and and so efficient, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a birthday celebration whilst on board and they supplied both a cake and champagne at my request. The food was absolutely stunning - Miles provided delicious freshly cooked meals that were beautifully presented and the portions were spot on.
The accommodation was spot on with the most comfy bed I have ever slept on! Everything was kept extremely clean and very well maintained.
Excursions were well thought out and planned down to the last detail.
This has been the most fantastic experience that was made by an awesome team - you all work so hard and it shows!
