Received goods in plenty of time but had to return 2 under separate order numbers just visit me £10 to return . Not happy.

Hopeless, Ordered a Medium stadium shirt GREALISH 7 with the respect and euro badge on the 6th June was sent confirmation that delivery was expected on the 14th. At ordering there was nothing about things being a pre pre-order item or any stock issues. Today (after emailing and complaining) I have an email saying due to Covid and shipping issues there are problems with Player Names and the euro & respect badges, & the shirts will be sent out blank. Ruined my sons birthday, How do you put stuff for sale when you don't have the stock to fulfil ? Covid isn't new it is very poor organisation, until stock is available you don't put it up for sale unless you tell the customer at ordering that there will be a wait for stock. It is simple, have a thousand shirts in stock with enough lettering, euro & respect badges to cover and as the stock depletes the system should take it off. That's how it works at my warehouse anyway with products we sell. Absolutely shocking never using these clowns again.

I would give zero. Ordered an 'in stock' item that would be dispatched in '1-3' working days. 8 days after ordering I call to see what has happened to my order only to be told that there has been a delay due to there being no letter 'h's available until later this week. So the item I ordered wasn't 'in stock' as advertised. And I had to call to get this update. Useless service, terrible communication, and falsely advertised items as in stock and to be dispatched within 1-3 working days. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Absolute joke No one to contact, phone number sends you in an automated circle with no helpful information shirt ordered on June 4th, ETA June 14th, it's now the 15th and still showing as processing

Ordered 2 England shirts on 6th June for delivery within 3 days. Web site is still saying "order processing" 10 days later with an estimated delivery date that is 2 days ago. Chat function does not work and no other means of contact. These guys are effectively stealing peoples money.

Ordered England away shirt - delivery expected 8th June, still at order process stage. Can’t speak to anyone. Chat function garbage. Absolute joke. Ordered top on jd sports came in 3 days with great comms throughout process. Will be chasing a refund now.

Stuff I ordered was never in stock took money but expected me to wait 2 months for goods, absolutely ridiculous that website does not say when stuff out of stock, must put previous england managers in charge of distribution such is why everything a mess

Placed an order with them on the 10th June, went for the next day delivery option to get my England shirt on time for the first game.... It never arrived on time... And when I checked their tracking service it said estimated delivery 15th June.... So much for next day delivery... I emailed their customer services to complain and still haven't received a response after more then 24 hours of waiting... Absolutely terrible service won't be ordering from them again. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!!!

Ordered the england away strip on Thursday 10th June 2021 paid for next day delivery as wanted to wear it for England Croatia game nothing arrived so sent an email cancelling the order received a reply saying that someone would contact me about issue still waiting. This company is an absolute joke and should not be allowed to trade on line like other customers have said wish I had read the reviews before trying to do business with this company this is an honest and true review.

I am very unhappy with the experience of purchasing a football kit for my child from England Store, which had a name of Rashford on it. The size didn't fit, so I wanted to return the item. The return was rejected on the basis that the item has been 'personalised', even though the website stated that the item was 'in stock' and 'ready for dispatch', that is, it was not made-to-order. There was no warning at the moment of placing the order that the item was 'personalised' and therefore unreturnable. The delivery was much slower than promised on the website. I contacted the Customer Service twice on phone, and the person I spoke to was useless, and twice by e-mail and never got a response. Will not purchase from this shop again and will not recommend to others.

Ordered a kit on June 2nd and the tracking still says it will arrive on the 10th! 12th today and no sign that it has even been dispatched. I can’t get anyone on their “chat” the phone number doesn’t work and it says the email address given is blocked. Is this a genuine website or have I been conned?

Ordered a England top on Sunday 6th June 2021 .Paid £112.39 to include express delivery (1 working day)(5 working day with personalisation) Today 12 the June still NO top.No explanation and no way of getting a reply seemingly.Feel that I have wasted my money !Don't make delivery promises .Take monies and don't deliver.I am appalled

Avoid at all costs. For such a big organisation such as the English FA, their service is terrible. Live chat never works, emails go unanswered, Phone line to customer services, don't have clue what they are doing. My order was held up, I was never informed of this, despite 3 conversations with customer services, they seem to make it up as they go. Order still not received at time of this review, and still no update.

Useless. My national league team get orders to me in 2 days. England shop says 5 days. Now the order hasn't arrived, there's no information against the tracking number and you can't speak to anyone about it. There's a robot chat service which is a waste of time, it repeats information you already have. Frustrating service.

Absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy from this store. Apparently “next day delivery” does not mean next day delivery. There is nowhere to complain, no E-mail address and the little chat boxes no matter how many times you try just say that everyone is busy. Contact this number +44 333 331 2080, log a formal complaint and demand a refund.
