Poor poor poor . Avoid . Shocking company . Order arrived . lol me stop send back as size is wrong . No order confirmation sent . No paperwork with shirt . Don’t waste your money .

Avoid this company like the plague. They use evri/hermes, who are as incompetent as the england store staff. After not receiving my item. I called the customer services team. Asking why. Evri have dictated a shirt weighing a few ounces is too big to deliver. First encounter i get promised the world. Not even the promised reference number was emailed to me. Second encounter. The person hangs up. Third encounter. Accused of making threats when telling them i may initiate legal proceedings for their breach of the consumers rights act under trading standards. Now having to initiate a chargeback through my bank. These reviews you see here do not exaggerate.

If I could give zero stars then I would. I ordered an England Shirt weeks ago, and have still not recieved it. The tracking has not updated in over a week. Customer Services gives nothing but excuses, and are unhelpful. They refuse to refund my money so that I am not inconvenienced any longer; So I am having to go through Paypal and be out of pocket even longer. DO NOT use this company.

Ordered 2 England shirts, meant to be delivered in 5 days, 2 weeks later I’ve had to go through PayPal for a refund, should of come here and read the reviews before purchasing

Do not use this company, they will not refund you if your goods are lost in transit by their carrier. They hold your money to ransom, even though the goods have not arrived. Stay clear, use a local sports shop, not these people.

Ive had nothing but trouble with the England Store. Order an item that took 2.5 weeks to eventually turn up. Customer service, rude unhelpful and put the phone down on me when I ask for their name. When my shirt did eventually arrive they had sent the wrong shirt., They are a complete waste of time and my advice is to stay as far away from them as you can and spend your money somewhere else. I ordered a mens xl england shirt on the 7/11/22 and it eventually turned up this morning, 25/11/22.

Just like others I've ordered and paid an exorbitant price for 2xEngland kits for my grandchildren. The tracking number does not work. The other comments here suggest I am not alone in experiencing an abysmal online shopping experience. The FA has had FOUR YEARS to prepare for what they must have known would be a busy time. But the good news is that the site advises me that my gifts will arrive tomorrow!!! I think there is as much hope of that as there is for... !!! well... lets see if the parcel really does arrive tomorrow.

I ordered the England football strip for my grandson’s birthday. I paid £6.95 for express delivery. I should have received it on 14th November 2022 but it is now Friday 18th and still nothing received and I cannot get anywhere with England Store or Evri, the couriers. They are both an absolute waste of time. I am £155.00 out of pocket and have a very disappointed Grandson. Beware before you order anything!

I ordered the authentic Bellingham home kit hours after the kit was released on 21st September. A week later a Mbappe PSG shirt arrived…. How a non-affiliated sports club shirt could be mixed-up with my order is beyond me!?!? I’ve called on multiple occasions to have the shirt replaced with the ACTUAL SHIRT I ORDERED. Their response was to send a return bag first, process the return, then send the proper kit out. But no return bag ever arrived. I tried calling again this morning but they have suspended their call centre service. Their automatic self-service return portal called “intelligent returns” is defunct. It does not register or recognise my order despite being within their 90 days return policy. £124.39 and 7 weeks and 2 days later I’m stuck with a rival club kit that I despise and no place to turn to correct this problem. I wish I never forked out to support my country

Absolutely shocking experience. After reading some other reviews I am surprised they are allowed to trade. I ordered a personalised England kit for my 6 year old grandson for his birthday. Paid extra to have it arrive quickly. It arrived and there was a number on the front of the shirt that I was not expecting (not a problem) but the number was huge, way too big for the size of the top and arrived with the plastic still stuck on the front. I would have returned it but i rang customer services and they said in order not to disappoint my grandson give it to him on his birthday and a replacement would be sent. That is over 5 weeks ago. (one CS assistant even told me this wasnt the first complaint about this. Then one of the socks came apart on the first wear so much so that nearly the whole toe area had to be sewn back on. My grandson was in floods of tears. After several phone calls and endless emails when they requested more and more photos i have received absolutely nothing. They came back and said they would not send a replacement now and that the sock has been worn so will not replace the sock either. Not one assistant in customer services knows what communication the other has had and every contact I make I have to repeat the whole story. I will not give up, as this is what they hope their customers will do. I will report them to Trading Standards too as the socks were not FIT FOR PURPOSE. The WORST customer experience i have ever had and for an expensive piece of kit. SERIOUSLY DONT DEAL WITH THEM

Report them to reading standards they holding peoples refunds for undelivered items which they have taken money for. They are breaking consumer laws report them and keep forwarding your emails, worse online site for England purchases. Ripping customer off. Not dealing with complaints to resolution, trying to stop giving customers refund, saying they delivered items to an address which doesn’t exist

Bought New Men's England away top with Gazza on the back. Still hasn’t arrived after +1 month, According to tracking it did land in Melbourne, Australia which is also the delivery city, yet it now sits idle in Sydney and the tracking has not updated for 10 days now. Absolute Joke of a company! I have sent multiple emails and spoke to them over the phone which they have just fobbed me off. DO NOT recommending ordering from here - complete waste of time. GIVE ME MY REFUND YOU ROBBING BAST@$DS!

Absolutely DIRE from start to finish; ordered an “ in stock” item that I was then told wasn’t “in stock”. Waited over a month for it to arrive ( New England kit - ordered on the DAY of release!!). Then whilst the shirt AND printing were on back order, I asked to change the number on the shirt - told no issue and it would be done. Called to check where it was - still on order. Had the number been changed? Yes no issue. Then the shirt was finally sent - but the player number hadn’t been changed! Rang and was told by Adam it would be fine as it’s “in the notes” but he would check and email me back - if it was wrong I’d get a replacement. NONE of that happened. Shirt arrived over a month after ordering - player number had NOT been amended. Rang and complained and was told it can’t be amended when it’s gone to print! Haha it HADNT gone to print when I changed the order! She was rude, obnoxious and eventually I hung up and complained as apparently she can’t escalate it. Suggested first they get some training as they all tell you something different! Made a complaint and was told by Pat - she could see they had fallen short and thanks for the complaint as it helps us to improve! NO offer to sort it. Seriously?!! The last order was wrong - wrong size, wrong items in the wrong size and then the quality of the t-shirts was less than you’d get on a discount market stall - save yourself the hassle and go straight to nike. If this is the “official” England store it’s a complete embarrassment! Avoid and save your money! They don’t give one toss once you’ve paid! I didn’t even get my delivery cost back to send the items back last time!

Ordered the new England kit and paid the extra £6.95 for next day delivery on a Wednesday it didn't arrive until Saturday missing my grandsons birthday who it was bought for. At the time I could have got free standard delivery but paid the extra so he would have it on the day.i phoned and asked them to refund the postage which they agreed, almost 3 weeks later and after 2 more calls they now say they won't refund me. Am now waiting for them to listen to the recordings of previous calls. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Such awful experience... resulting in a crying child! I ordered personalised kit for a ten-year-old's birthday. He wanted to wear it to his party but when he opened it we discovered the letters of his name weren't on right. Okay - these things happen. I called customer service to ask if it was possible for him to wear the faulty top to his party still, and confirmation that it wouldn't affect getting a replacement. That's when I received the worse customer service ever experienced. They advised me to send a photo (which I did straightaway) and that they would come back to me in 24 hours. I asked if it could be sooner so he could still wear it to the party. No - literally impossible for them to pick up and email and look at a photo before 24 hours. So, what should have been a lovely experience, ended up with a ten year crying that he couldn't wear the kit he has spent half the year excited about. All I wanted was a bit of reassurance it would be okay for him to wear it. That, it appears, was too much for them to manage.

order placed on 23.9.22 still no sign of the order after 2 weeks. no telephone number on the website to contact customer services live web chat , but no one is available to contact. i cant believe the FA allow such a shoddy operation to front their services. They have a responsibility to the fans to ensure they provide a proper service. not sure how i am going to get an answer to where my order is....... appalling.

Terrible customer service, ordered a personalised England kit for my child. They send the wrong name and number. Only way they will speak to me is over email, say they cannot help on the phone. Takes 24 hours to reply between email. Asked me to send the top back and only once they have received the return (which takes two weeks to process) they will send out the correct top. Absolute terrible customer service where the customer is punished for their mistake. Will mean my child doesn’t get his kit for a month and no compensation or refund offered.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company.I purchased a pair of woman's 2022/23 away shorts as a gift.After only 50 minutes of them being worn whilst watching the match on Saturday the main England badge AND the Nike tic had come away from the material (discusting considering they cost £37.96 + postage) I have spent 3 days now trying to get to talk to someone on the sites chat facility but to no avail.The only option left was to Email them in which I explained the situation and included photos of the faulty shorts.Surprise surprise I have had No reply what so ever and no way of getting my money back.ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
