“I have to say that Empire Finance and particularly Yasmin have been fantastic and although obtaining the finance wasn't easy mainly due to the complexity of the loan. They did everything they could to make it as smooth as possible. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend them. Thanks to everyone at Empire Finance.”

“Having contacted empire commercial for help regarding a commercial mortgage for my new childcare business I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Although using a broker comes with an added expense it provides us with lending options that we’re not available to us on the high street. What turned out to be a very complicated matter with constant weekly challenges the team were able to find us a lender and over came every obstacle. Christopher Munday; Yasmin Allen and Heather Mitchell offered a level of professionalism; communication; friendliness and understanding that was ten out of ten. I would not hesitate to use them and empire commercial finance services again in the future.”

“I recently purchased a commercial property and business. I needed to raise funds for the acquisition. As I had set up a previous business where I acquired funds via the bank I was very reluctant to use a broker due to the associated costs. I was recommended to speak to Lucy by a friend, our initial informal conversation inspired confidence. After careful consideration I proceeded with Lucy and Empire Commercial. I can honestly say her knowledge, professionalism and commitment was fundamental to getting the deal over the line. To have someone to talk to you even of an evening and on weekends to help and guide you through was invaluable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lucy or Empire Commercial. Yes there is a commission to pay but believe me it was worth every penny. Thanks again 5 stars isn't enough.”

“To be honest having spent weeks scouring the the market for an appropriate financial partner to resource our post Covid financial stability and carry out much needed repairs to our community centre I was quite sceptical that an appropriate partner could ever be found That is until Chris Munday of Empire Commercial got involved not only did he find us the perfect financial partner for our project but supported and guided us through the journey from start to finish .The Charitable status of our project and a few historical legal complexities threw up a number of challenges during the process and when a personal family tragedy struck part way through the process Chris was there and stepped in to ensure that the deal and process stayed on track and was delivered on time.Always available for support and advice He even broke into his annual leave to support at a critical time in the process His professionalism support and genuinely caring attitude lifted a great deal of personal and professional pressure from me at a difficult time for me and my family for which I will remain eternally grateful. I really can’t recommend Chris Munday and Empire Commercial Finance more highly. “Thanks for everything Chris much appreciated !””

“Matt worked hard for us to find a suitable lender at very competitive rates and conditions. He was always contactable even when abroad. Yasmin was a pleasure to work with. She was both proactive and responsive. Emails were answered quickly and efficiently. She followed up regularly with the bank and 'helped' them move things along. A great team providing excellent advice and service. I would definitely use Empire on future projects.”
