“I came across "Empire Commercial Finance" via website around End of March 2016. At this time I was already heading to crash in "Financing a Business purchase" "ELSEWHERE" since X-mas 2015!!!! - but was going nowhere! "Matt Davies" from EMPIRE Commercial Finance is the only man who saved my life (Big time)! He definitely made me feel confident again, the moment I spoke to him over the phone. His tone of voice explained it all & with such calm and honest manner that he used when answered my questions. After going through the process, Matt secured me a Business Commercial Loan with absolutely no surprises & also with 1 of the Best High street Banks in UK. I was most impressed with the turnaround of this. I recommand "Mr Matt Davies" to EVERYONE- and I'm not just saying this- IF ANYONE WANTS an HONEST opinion- that's the honest truth. And indeed, if you find him, you have found diamonds in the Finance World. I have since Exchanged Contracts and due to Complete the Business purchase soon.”

“Matt was fantastic, we had a great opportunity to buy a large distressed house as an investment but needed a bridge to get it through ahead of the tax changes. Matt knew the lenders extremely well and was able to get the deal agreed in super quick time. Equally as valuable was his indirect intervention when they went quiet at the end (due to the lender being swamped ahead of the stamp duty tax changes). Really friendly and informed as well, would strongly recommend.”

“From the very beginning of our mortgage search Matt Davies was incredibly helpful. Always answering calls or calling back straight away, emailing back ASAP, finding us the best deal, even meeting with other members of our families on how to expand our portfolios. We have already recommended Matt to a lot of other investors. We are deemed fairly undesirable to lenders, however Matt worked his magic and managed to get us a deal even better than we could imagine! “Matt Davies of Empire Commercial Finance has steered our family business through, what turned out to be, a difficult and protracted deal to borrow money from Lloyds. There were many times when I felt pretty desperate at the way things were going (our contact at Lloyds left in the middle of the deal), and I really, really needed some 'hand holding'. Matt is not only totally competent and experienced, but he is also perfectly suited, tempermentally, to the work he does: throughout the whole five months, he kept me informed and calm and on course; with him acting for us, I felt 100% reassured that all would be well in the end - and it was! He always answers calls or messages immediately; he has a total commitment to client service and with his personal integrity, he is totally trustworthy. He is also an extremely personable chap, very easy to work with, and with a good sense of humour to boot! I would have no hesitation is recommending him.”
