“Fortunately, I've never used the call out service, but its an inexpensive peace of mind service, well worth the money. One point though, my automatic renewal was due in December and I didn't notice that that the payment had not gone out of my bank, until early January. I had made several long journeys in that period and if I had broken down, I would not have been covered. So, it would be better if the company could email the customer if the payment has failed to go through.”

“Just took out breakdown cover. Website was easy to use and my documentation came through quickly. I hope this efficiency is continued if and when I need a call-out.”

“I was made aware of when my renewal was due, my only criticism is I wasn’t aware it would come out direct debit without being told and before I had decided to renewal it.”

“Definitely the cheapest that I could find with a lot more services as standard than more expensive policies. Haven’t had the need to call them at the moment let’s just hope that they deliver”

“I was recommended by my brother who took out a policy several months ago. Fortunately I haven't had to use the service, but it is reassuring to have someone at the end of a telephone to call in an emergency. Many thanks, Michael.”

“My only dissappointment is i never i was on automatic renewal ,so I never eas sent a renewal email and the money went from my account. I have now rectified that.I must say regardless that you may reemburse customers if they didnt want to renew is besides the point money left my account without me knowing and could have taken me overdrawn . I feel a good will gesture on your part wouldnt go unnoticed Kindest Regards Mr Lloyd”

“Second year with emergency assist Ltd, Was quick and simply to renew. Luckily haven’t had to call for assistance but it’s reassuring to know there be assistance if I need it.”

“I have been with Energy Assist for three years now and they seem to tick all the boxes i haven’t actually called them out for a breakdown yet so the real test will be when I’m in need of repair or recovery I hope they are as good as they claim.”
