“Having relied on Emergency Assist earlier this year I can vouch for their efficiency in handling my call and recovering my car from home to the local garage. I only wish my garage had been as proactive and effective as Emergency Assist. Recommend the Premium cover too. Worth every penny. Thank you.”

“Excellent value for money compared with the competition. Used them a couple of years when I absent mindedly put petrol in my diesel car. They didn't cover mis fuelling then (an optional extra now) but still organised someone to come out to drain and washout the fuel system which I thought was pretty amazing....they didn't leave me stranded. Can't fault them”

“Very good price for a Premium service. I had to use the call out twice last year and the service I received was superb. The guy found my policy as I did not have the policy with me, organised a breakdown truck to come get me. The only downside was that the breakdown guy would not drop me off at home which was only a few minutes out of the way, before he took my car direct to the garage who look after it for me and as a lady with some disabilities this was a bit difficult for me. Have renewed with this company for a few years now and would highly recommend them.”

“The ease of paying and the communication has been first class for the 3 years I have been with Emergency assist. Unfortunately or fortunatley, I have never had to call them out so I can't comment on the roadside service!!!”

“I had one breakdown during the year. After telephoning , a car transporter arrived within 45 minutes and took the car to a nearby garage of my choice. Excellent service and I was very impressed ,which is why I have renewed for this year.”
