It takes a long time for calls to be answered when you have to call for any reason, this can be distressing in an emergency. I have also been in a situation when i did get through when I broke down and was on hold then the phone cut off. If this continues I will not renew again.

Great service, knowledgable and courteous, but on two occasions it look 30 and 35 minutes to be answered on the telephone. Would suggest, in line with some companies, how many in the queue is one, and some companies give an approximately how long.

They attended very quickly. However I did have concern regarding the recovery!!!! When he arrived in the flat bed lorry, I asked him if he was going to try and get the vehicle started, no attempt was made to fix the problem, he stated that he did not have parts and if it did he could not fix it, he was very off hand at my request. He put my car on the flat bed and took it to my designated garage, who then examined the car.

The renewal should have been nice and simple, but instead I ended up with two policies and was charged twice. However, the refund was issued promptly, so I am relatively happy with the service.

I tried to contact you last week 4days in a row to sign up again.but all l got was put on hold for 10-15mins.at one stage l was on answer machine then started ringing and went back to answering machine.I would hate to think if I was in a real Emergency.

That they did phone me after it had taken more than 20 minutes to get through on the phone after which i hung up and sent an email.

I haven’t had to use the service yet, new yearly quote was higher than expected but contacted them and they brought it down to a favourable price.

Yes it did the only is you can only call out 6 times the only thing if is if you should call out more than 6 if its not a silley thing

The administration staff were efficient and friendly however the mechanic could speak very little English. . Normally, the mechanics are lovely but he was abrupt and in a rush. To be fair that could have been the work load he was given.

The lady U spoke to to renew was lovely, but the waiting time to reach her was not acceptable. Since it's the same number for breakdowns, as renewals, if I'd broken down I would have been even more annoyed.

Even though I had breakdown with you last year when my car was 11 years old I was charged an extra £15 this year because my car was over 10 years old ??

Wanted to renew my policy. Told could only be done on line. This did not work. Eventually after considerable length of time spoke to someone on telephone who kept reiterating I had to renew on line. Didn't listen to my telling them that the message read PROBLEM WITH SERVER, your server, no mine. But the girl kept telling me to apply on line. I did get to talk to someone who was listening and he helped me and I bought a new policy for the year. However the whole experience was frustrating and cost me a lot of time and increased my telephone bill considerable.

I have bought breakdown cover but will not know how good it is until I need to use it. Hopefully I will not need it!
