“My fascias and soffits were looking old and needed replacing. I knew i wanted to use a local company but not sure who, so I phoned around and made a few appointments with local firms. Richard at Elmhurst was so helpful. He visited my house talked through the process, my options and provided a quote. I didn't feel under any pressure and was honest that I would be shopping around. I found the quote to be very competitive and decided to go with Elmhurt as I felt confident that whilst competitively priced, they wouldnt compromise on quality. I wasn't wrong! I am really pleased with the results. The lads that came were very professional, talked me through what they were doing each day. They were really tidy, cleared all the mess. The house visually looks a million times better than it did, and not only that I have found that the house retains the heat much better. Richard did a final visit to the house to check I was pleased with the results and then followed up with an email providing me with all tge guarantee paperwork. I would highly recommend Elmhurt.”

“Excellent service from Elmhurst from start to finish. They made the process really easy and straightforward and even when I made a mistake on my order (totally my fault) they were so helpful in rectifying it. Would definitely recommend using Elmhurst!”

“We have had products fitted by Elmhurst over a number of years. It's a family firm and you soon realise the benefits of that. Always friendly and professional and we have never had cause to complain. Any aftersales issues are always dealt with without issue and, very importantly the work has always included a FENSA guarantee. Over a 40 year span we have had various companies do windows, doors and uPVC work. Everything, windows, doors and complete dormer re-clad have now been replaced and all by Elmhurst. Would not choose anyone else. Staff, product and aftercare thoroughly recommended.”

“When it comes to new windows, fitted kitchens etc, everyone knows a bloke ("my mate's cousin would have done it for half the price....") you should have hired. In this world you get what you pay for and I'm delighted with the new windows and front door. Exactly what I wanted and all done in a day. Excellent.”

“The windows are fantastic. The fitters themselves went above and beyond to work around us while they installed the windows and were incredibly considerate. They also worked quickly and provided a high quality finish. Due to the supply chain pressures of 2022 we were waiting a long time for the windows to be installed, and sometimes communication broke down, however we are well aware thar was due to the pressures of the world emerging from covid and Elmhurst were happy to adapt to our needs as well. We also really appreciate the personal touch throughout, everyone we met was lovely.”

“Fantastic from sales to completion The installation lads were excellent I thought I would have do something inside to tidy up or filling or make good Absolutely nothing I work in the construction industry fit out to offices where it’s got to be right and attention to detail matters the installers think just as I do to look right it’s got to be right Very neat Very clean Very quick Very excellent And finally excellent product”

“I needed new double glazing, guttering, drain pipes, soffits and fascia boards. My neighbour recommended Elmhurst following the excellent work they had carried out at their own property. From beginning to end, I have been delighted with the overall experience. I was kept informed throughout, excellent materials used and knowledgeable, highky skilled and professional workmen to carry out the work. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone requiring similar improvements to their property.”
