“My first house purchase wouldn't have happened without the help of my solicitors at Elliot Mather. I can't thank Matthew and Kiran enough for their help throughout the process; chasing up the other side, keeping things moving and always responding in good time to any queries I had through the process. In addition to this, they offered a ton of solid advice. There were a few quirks in the chain but I never felt overwhelmed, as Matthew always explained things clearly and always gave me an up-to-date picture of what was happening, which kept me (relatively!) relaxed throughout the process! Thank you all again!”

“Daniel and Jasmine were very helpful and responsive for the most part and the transaction ran very smoothly until the point that contract exchange was ready to take place. They both became impossible to get hold of at the most important part of the deal. It took multiple emails and phone calls to get a response on urgent issues and I had other parties complaining to me about Daniel’s lack of communication.”

“The service we received from Elliot Mather was second to none - despite all the usual hiccups when moving house, they were completely on it throughout and it was such a massive help. Communication was prompt and informative, all questions were answered quickly and all loose ends followed up on diligently.
