Hi there Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We always value feedback on our services positive or negative. Having had the chance to review this case, we thought we best to reply to a few of the comments you have made. We have had to review our pricing model across the board following price increases we have seen. Whilst for many years we have tried to absorb the cost of these increases on behalf of our existing customers, there comes a point where we have been left with no choice but to increase these. We are sorry that on this occasion you have been left unsatified with the pricing on this and whilst we have tried to do something with the price for you we completely understand and are more than happy to terminate your contract with us at no cost and allow us to part ways.
