“Speedy delivery. Very good offers. User friendly Web site. Plenty of choice. Postman was able to put order through letter box, packaged well. Would recommend this site for eliquids.”

“Love this site and referred a few friends to use this site. However, tried a new vape kit. Loved it, to start with, however the refill cannister, didn't last very long and the 2nd one that came with the kit is faulty. Even after soaking in liquid forever 30 mins, it is still burning the coil.”

“The service has always been quick and efficient for me. The products generally arrived in a good condition. I have had one issue where the product didn't arrive, but the customer service were very helpful and provided a substitute with no quibbles. Thank you. The only side-note is that currently some of the Ionic vape liquids I generally order seem to be out of stock. I hope that this is changed soon, because it's a favourite of mine.”

“I love the products. There is one major flaw & that is, there is no telephone contact number for when there is a query/complaint etc., I had a query which if I had been able to actually speak to someone I could have resolved within one day instead of having to wait for 7 working days and then raise a ticket! My query actually took 10 days because there was the weekend in between (as there always will be). So my order wasn’t delivered, I had actually put the wrong door number on the address, it was delivered to a neighbour who I don’t know & it turns out that they returned it after nobody turned up to claim it. Now I have to wait until it’s confirmed that ET have received it back before they will send it out again. This could have been resolved with one phone call. Massive flaw as far as I am concerned”

“Impressed with customer service - my last review was poor, because both batteries were faulty. Within 3 days I received two batteries, free of charge to replace the faulty ones. If these ones work properly it'll be 5 stars.”
