“An excellent service all round have used for years it’s a shame they have upped the free postage threshold to £20 instead of £10 will mean it will lose a little of my custom when I need a small amount of stuff to top up my usual regular order”

“I have used Electric Tobacconist since giving up smoking more than 3 years ago. I use 10Motives as it feels like a cigarette which helped trick my brain into thinking I was actually smoking. I order 30 packs per month for my husband and I which gives me a good discount. I no longer NEED the cigarettes but enjoy the action. The packs have increased considerably in price along with everything else! Electric Tobacconist deliver promptly and I have never had cause for complaint. Highly recommend them.”

“Been using Electric Tobacconist for a few years now, always been excellent with my online orders delivering within 2 days. Website easy to use and price was very reasonable, very good service. Found the recent price hike very steep, may have to start shopping around for the same product.”

“Always had great service but so very disappointed to find that without any notice whatsoever having been a good regular customer for years my product has been price hiked by a massive £2 per unit and despite buying in multiples postage was added. Sorry I won't be buying from you in the future.”

“I have used these a few times now, I was very happy until my recent purchase which was not delivered in allocated time, however as soon as I contacted them they sent out another parcel and I received it the following day. Great service”

“purchase 2X starter iqos packs one for me and one for the wife and when they arrived which was quick, like next day took them out of packaging and was well impressed with how well they were made, what was the biggest let down was the tobacco heets which had an awful smell and taste to them, bearing in mind i have smoked capstan full strength and liked this was worse than smelly socks, if they get the tobacco sorted then this would be a massive hit”
