“Hi. I was unsure what the problem was with the trolly, but I needn’t worried as they were very helpful, they said it was likely to be the control box so I ordered one there and then. I fitted it with the instructions they provided and the trolly is now in full working order. Thanks”

“Brilliant service from Electric Golf Trolley Spares. The Axle broke on my Motocaddy S5Connect at the 11th hole of my local course on a Friday morning. I phoned EGTS on Friday early afternoon and they had in stock a replacement Axle/Gearbox unit, which I purchased and arranged standard delivery. The unit arrived early the following morning, Saturday, so I was able to rebuild the trolley and use it later that afternoon. Excellent. One minor negative, when I got my mobile phone bill the following month I discovered the phone call to EGTS had cost me £4 or £5.”
