These fence planters looked so good on the screen. I ordered two as a gift for Christmas. they arrived eventually. The packing was flimsy to say the least and there was no support packaging inside. They have obviously been stacked one inside the other and I suppose quite a few in a stack because the small protruding bits that are supposed to keep the pots in place are slightly bent. Disappointing!

Had a problem with my pest control plugs, all of them, was offered refund, & many after enquiries as refund not received yet still not received. Bad service.

I have not received what I paid for at all then I was emailed saying that I had to pay extra because they were off on their weights. And then I got an email saying that it's on its way. But still haven't seen what I paid for it has been almost 4 weeks from when I ordered it.

The item I ordered was a competitive price from Electrical World and the postage was less than competitors. The item arrived on time and well wrapped with what appeared to be a paper tape. However, when I started to unwrap it, I discovered the packaging, which was marked as PHAIRS, is a paper composite material that partially peels off revealing long strands of glass fibre embedded within the packaging material remaining that is still wrapped around the item! These fibre glass strands come adrift away from the packaging as it is removed, leaving a pile of paper and loose glass fibre strands in a heap. My concern is that loose glass fibre material is a health hazard. I was impressed with Electrical World until this very unwelcome surprise.

At the time of purchase, the last 6 items were given on the website, after completing the purchase transaction, I received information that there are no goods in stock and I have to wait for delivery. After 2 weeks, the goods were delivered.

Arrived quick but box was damaged left in the rain didn’t know it was there when it was put together noticed a hole in the lid the boxes themselves are thin even the bottom don’t see how it’s going to hold our stuff tbh

Ordered two G23 bulbs unfortunately one of them arrived smashed. The one that survived was perfect. Maybe better packaging would solve the problem...there was no padding just 2 original boxes in another larger box...free to rattle about. No fragile notice either.

2 stars since only 2 of the 5 bulbs were intact on delivery. Delivery of the broken bulbs was quick though!

ordered what they descripted on their website but was incorrect on arrival, after a few e-mails & photos they sent a prepaid return label, which i sent back 3 weeks ago, but still waiting for a credit.

Ordered halogen bulb received an led equivalent and was told in a reply email it was the correct bulb. I sent photo of the proper one and was told the l.e.d. was fine. Fitted it and my hall now is like blackpool illumilluminations..not happy. Won't buy from here again.

Paid extra for 24 hour delivery yet the goods arrived 3 days later. I know these are exceptional times which can cause this. However, the response from Electrical World was poor and unforgiving. Yes, I'd missed the dispatch deadline by 12 minutes, but it should still have taken 2 days vs the 3.5 days. On a prior order, the goods arrived quicker on the standard £3 cheaper delivery option. Not much sympathy or empathy from Electrical World

Was sent the wrong cable (labelled incorrectly) was emailed a label to print out to return but not worth the hassle and inconvenience getting to a post office.

We ordered a small item costing £3.99 on the 10 September that we needed urgently and paid £6.99 for 24 hour delivery. It eventually arrived on the 15th September which was too late. The items were returned and the initial price of £3.99 was refunded. The goods looked ok but charging £6.99 for non existent next day delivery wasn’t appreciated. We prefer to support individual companies but we’re disappointed on this occasion.

I ordered 2 screwless polished chrome fan isolator switches and 10 single screwless polished chrome light switches. However only 9 switches came. I called and it took about 20 for someone to answer. I'm still awaiting the promised investigation and the 10th switch

Product was good, although I didn't get to use it because it didn't arrive in time. Customer service is shocking, they just ignore any points they don't want to listen to.

The packaging was insufficient, the boxes used clearly not strong enough and a tube was smashed. I emailed them with the information and never had a reply.

Shipping is very slow to canada . Been a couple weeks and I'm still waiting on the product. Will see quality when I receive it.
