Unfortunately I ended up receiving a damaged parcel. Their customer services were no help whatsoever in fact very belidgerant and obtuse.

I ordered an RCD and the one I received was faulty. I reported it and was asked to provide photo evidence of the damage. I did so about a week ago but I have heard nothing since. I am very unhappy with this service and I would not be recommending Electrical World to anyone. Pat Ward

Requested and paid for 1-2 day delivery. Item didn’t arrive for over one week. Have requested a refund and no response at all from company. If you need an item urgently I would look at a more reputable company.

I was sent a bulb more than double the length of the one I ordered. Not only that, but it was broken. Emailed the company the day of delivery and today marks day 7 of no response

Ordered a bracket for the TV and was sent the incorrect one. I emailed to highlight the issie and was basically told the one I was sent would do the same job. I had to explain why I ordered the one I did (why I should have to is beyond me) and when it was agreed it was incorrect I was asked to pay postage to return to the UK as the returns policy doesn't cover overseas. They had no problem taking my money for an express delivery overseas. Poor customer experience in general.

Hi Colin Thanks for your review I have taken a look through the email correspondence and I can see that we did send an incorrect item not on purpose, as this is what we have been sent by the manufacturer. We did request you send this back initially and asked to keep postage proof as we would be refunding you in full along with any additional postage, as we are UK based so do not have pre paid labels outside of the UK, so I am sorry to hear you thought you would have to pay postage when we clearly advised we would refund you this. We also note that as a gesture we decided to not hassle you in returning the goods and refunded you in full without any further questions I hope that clears the matter up for you Kind Regards

Paint was all over inside packaging. Leaked and then wrapped to stop it doing it further. Should not have been wrapped and delivered to customer in that state.

We never received item. It is still with your courier but never dispatched to us. You may want to rethink your shipping company. We are still awaiting our refund.

Thoroughly shoddy service. Ordered six bags of a particular sort of compost. Was sent something I did not order and only five bags delivered, some split, in very soggy damaged cardboard, with two deliveries, first 3 and then 2 without any mention that they were from Electrical World. All very confusing and unsatisfactory.

This order was diabolical, I re-ordered another under-unit light as my client wished to extend the one I had previously installed. No problem I thought, just reorder wait a couple of days and hey presto new light installed, thank you, happy client, on my way. NO not the rosy scenario that occurred, on opening my delivery all looked good same box, showing the same contents as already ordered, when opening the second packaging, I was astonished to find nothing more than a standard T4 fluorescent tube, no LED LIGHT, no fittings, and not what I had Ordered and paid for and to make matters worse, all in front of the customer.

Some Bulbs are damage. Poor Packaging . Poor Customer Service, doesn't respond to my emails.

Order arrived damaged. Electrical World are reluctant to replace and instead wants to offer 10% off a faulty product. I've had to request a replacement three times as they only want to offer a discount on a product that is broken and useless. Still in the process of sorting this out but received an email asking for a review. Terrible customer service

First time ordering and only half of it arrived had to chase it up and only then was it sent out

Unfortunately I can’t give you a review at the moment as I haven’t received my purchase as yet. I believe the problem is with the couriers with delivery delays inevitable dou to the various on going strikes. I will be happy to give you a review if and when my purchase arrives, but as it was part of an Xmas box I am very disappointed. Sincerely Anne
