“horrible experience! you sent a product that is not what was advertised on the website we asked to return it and you didn’t accept the return because the packaging was bigger than the criteria. kinda scam.”

“Ordered 2 bags of compost, received the wrong sized items then I had to keep taking photos to prove it was wrong, then was asked if I'd like a refund but still waiting on it after a month, instead of just sending another bag of compost to make up the difference, very poor service so far”

“If I could leave a poorer review, I would. Ordered 100 greenbrooke choc boxes. Only received 16 cheaper boxes which were not what I asked for. Queried the issue only to receive an automated returns email. No mention of why a different product was sent or where the rest of the boxes have went to. Absolutely zero communication. Terrible service. Left without a product which I am in need of for my business and out of pocket for the trouble.”

“First and last time to deal with this company. Item arrived damaged which can happen. However, the follow up with Electrical World has been calamitous. Their preferred method of correspondence is through WhatsApp which they don’t seem to read or understand. I tried emailing but got no reply. I still have the damaged item waiting to be returned.”

“Contacted for returning the item but it will be costing the same amount to me without the item. That cancels my future shopping with you. You are loosing a customer for 11 eur. Not smart at all. You can check previus shopping and evaluate future shopping value before making a decision for a trivial amount. Good day”
