“this item was meant to be delivered in 48 hours, i booked my plumber, electrician to coincide with the expected delivery of this item, but as this item didn't arrive in time i had to pay the electrician extra for him to complete the job. now they want to charge me to send the item back.”

“I have paid extra for next day delivery as it was urgent but received the item 4 days later. Customer service was helpful but it was still badly delayed. I suggest to change the courier for more reliable when providing next day delivery and offer a refund”

“Order arrived promptly but all the bags of peat bar one were under weight by upto 3 kg. Should all have been 12kg bags. Would not buy again due to the issue above. Seller responded with a partial refund very quickly. Peat is OK, but does burn through very quickly. Have had better in the past.”

“Poor packaging. bone meal lid came off during shipping and spilled all over, made a big mess. Staff should to trained to pack items appropriately for overseas shipping”

“Sadly the item sent was not the item pictured on the website. EW claimed it was an improved version but it did not do what the pictured item would have done. Eventually I did receive a refund but itr took a while.”

Hello thank you for your feedback Having a look at your order we can see you had been sent the updated version now manufactured by the supplier This indeed does have all the same features as the older version but slighter different looking Kind regards EW

“I would love to leave a positive response as I've never had a problem with EW in the past and use them regularly. The issue with with their couriers, Evri. I made an urgent order a couple of weeks ago, EW did their bit and got the order to the couriers depot in about 48 hours. Since then, nothing. I really needed those lamps this week. I have complained to EW and they are investigating. Like I say, I've used EW for some years now but if the delivery of their goods does not improve, I will have to look elsewhere. Shame.”

“Not received it yet after 12 days waiting for what should have been 3 to 5 days delivery. I assume its the courier , I'm awaiting a response from Electrical world.”

“I bought from Electrical World because of competitive pricing. The plastic product arrived damaged as it was inadequately packaged. Customer service rushed me a replacement but ignored my packaging suggestion and the replacement was also damaged. A partial (10%) refund was offered. I would have no hesitation in buying a solid product from them in the future, but this was a disappointing result.”

“Which ever courier you use left my parcel outside in the rain when it clearly states on my door to leave parcels in the porch. Good job it was dog food in a plastic bag and not something electrical!”

“Ordering was great and appeared good value. Delivery via Hermes was very poor. The items were not collected within a couple of days, but not delivered until over a week later. In face, I’ve had to go and do other jobs, so have yet to take possession of the order and check it. Late delivery means that I missed the job window and had to call ElectricalWorld to chase my order. Unfortunately, due to unreliable delivery, I cannot use or recommend Electrical World again.”
