The Electrical Direct Store began trading in late 2013 in order to combine the knowledge and customer service formed form over 25 years in traditional electrical wholesaling with the convenience and availability of the internet platform. “I purchased a smoke alarm which turned out to be faulty. I emailed them twice on their contact form with no response. I then tried their dedicated returns email address, This bounced!! Still awaiting a response from them three days later. Once bitten twice shy!!!”
